Be careful when ordering online from this company. Customer service is lacking. I ordered a shoe for a special occasion, ten days later and the package has not arrived. I received an email stating that it was shipped from a local store. I asked for assistance, but they will not address it until day 13, then the refund takes another 3-5 days. I even offered to drive to the location to pick up the purchase after I saw that it was coming from a local store. The company refused. They have my money tied up and will make no attempt to resolve the issue.

Just had to return the first pair of airman I bought my son because they sent 2 different shoe sizes SMH hopefully I'll get the correct size this time since I just reordered it

By far, the worst experience with an order. Made an in store order on October 4th and somehow it was lost. I had to call 2 times just to get that information. I was then told I would receive updates but never got an email or phone call regarding my order. I had to call a total of 5/6 times just to be told today, November 1st that it'll be 2-4 weeks before I will receive a refund check. I asked the rep for a number for Coporate but of course she didn't have that information. Very disappointed in the service from Hibbett/City Gear on how they handle lost orders.

Trash! I received used worn out shoes! Sad that they can’t even clean up their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and don’t order online.

Very bad experience. Have not received order that was shipped on 9/1. Being sent back and forth between Hibbett and FedEx. My item is lost and I am told to wait 7 days for investigations, but I have waited 10

I ordered a pair of shoe Twice the 1st time the hibbett app would not use my billing address it kept using my physical address. I called to ask what happened He told me and said I could go ahead and reorder, I assumed it was ok I ordered the shoes again about 1900 and today I get an email that the 2nd order was canceled. I called customer service again was on hold a while 1st lady was polite though she explained the 2nd ordered was canceled because of 1st or kick back that I called to clear up. I asked for the supervisor her name was Quiana she basically brushed it off like I did something wrong and when I asked if this is how they treat these situations like it just doesn't matter she said if that's how I feel about it. Well it is, how rude and unprofessional people spending money and time to buy your company's products deserve better from you. So does your company. I'm disappointed to say the least.

So to any one that purchasing instore beware of the return or exchange terms. They do not indicate return or exchange policy on the receipt nor that they inform at the time of purchase. Purchased my blazers a month ago to find out that shoes was defective after wearing to the gym a few times. I procced it with a phone call to the store where manager simply told me that there is nothing she can do since the shoes was worn and cannot be accepted for return or exchange. I asked what else could be done and she was casually referring me to contact Nike directly. Following her suggestion I reached out to Nike . Representative was nice to help me with the claim that would take up to 10 business days to process if approved I will be issued a Nike voucher, mind you not your money back , a voucher so say your money goodbye if you decided not buy from Nike, than he said that I would have to ship defective pair at my cost, mind you again $22 by UPS and Nike will not cover 7% taxes I paid on the over a $100 pair. I reached out to Hibbett Sports corporate office to see If extra cost will be compensated representative unfortunately couldn't help. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and will inform Altamonte springs Florida store manager to be informative and educated how to refer their consumers to proper channels like to contact their corporate office first not the direct manufacturer to get all your money back. If your read all of the above you clearly see that we were given a nice ran around as always with no positive outcome to the consumer , our money are quickly taken and impossible to get it back. Neve again that I would recommend or purchase anything from Hibbett Sports . Protect your investments, do your research on the company. Reviews on this company are definitely below zero for a reason.The location I purchased at Altamonte Springs Mall in Orlando, Florida

I ordered multiple items from Hibbett 2 weeks before Christmas for my family and friends and paid for expedited shipping. Hibbett cancelled my order and told me I was a reseller, which I absolutely am not! I called and emailed each day and was told it would be cleared the next day and they verified I was not. Every day it was blocked. I expected this order and never received it for Christmas. My families Christmas was RUINED from being led on, but more than that accused of being a reseller is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I asked for a call back and none ever called despite me calling and emailing them over 8 times! Hibbett's is Horrendous!

During the holidays this company had items available online, charged for the items and shipment cost and then awhile later cancelled items stating they are out of stock. Then stated reimbursement for the items may or will not be refunded anywhere from 10-30 days. There was no consideration for the position customers are placed in during the holidays. I will not be shooing online there anymore during the holidays or any time that items are needed by a deadline

I'd love to be able to provide a better review, but I've done my part in reaching out for help regarding constant order cancelations, not just online but in store. Some of your employees answering the phone are very unpleasant and seem annoyed with simple questions or concerns. I would love it if Hibbett/City Gear would value the customer a bit more and give me someone I can speak to that actually cares about servicing the customer.

BEWARE!! If they mess up and don't ship your item to you, they will only provide you a partial refund.Ordered a baseball bat and cleats online. Delivery was supposed to be September 2. As of September 3, the item hadn't even shipped. I requested a refund and they sent me through the company "Route". Route approved the refund and gave me a refund minus the tax. When I contacted Hibbett, they said that they do not refund tax. The item was never shipped. The transaction was never completed. There should be no tax generated on this item. I'm not sure where the tax money went, but it should not go to the state. I can only assume that they just pocketed it. A business cannot accept money for a transaction, not deliver the product, and then only give a partial refund. Why do I need to pay anything for a product I didn't receive?

Why did you WEAR THEM FIRST??!@*#$@!?? Sneakers were WORN. ALREADY WORN!! Not NEW. Bottom of the shoes looked like someone played 4 quarters before they got boxed & sent. And cat/dog/? hairs inside?? Did that cost extra?? Nah. We're good. You can just give me a refund & an apology....oh well, at least I got the refund!!& yes, I did make sure to tell the BBB all about it. NOT an accredited business, what a surprise. No one in customer service sounded surprised when we said they had been worn. Thought this was so odd. Wish my husband had read all these reviews first before he placed his order online. Funny story?? They bounced the 1 star review we gave them!!! ??Apparently determined the "review didn't meet their guidelines & couldn't be published "... Oh really? Well, I got photos. In this day & age, companies should know better then to cheat the consumer. ***Order from Finish Line***. They won't wear them 1st, screw you over & it's the same price. Lesson learned.
