This is the second time I’ve been in this location and the staff totally ignored me and asked everyone else that was around me if they needed help. I feel like they ignored me because I’m white. It’s their loss cause I get on these shoe kicks where I buy 3 or 4 pairs every week until I have every shoe I like in the store I’m shopping at. They lost a very valuable customer. I guess I’ll just shop at Amazon. I’ve never been so offended in my life.

I had to wait outside the store for 20 mins even though it is posted on the door that they open at 10 on the date of purchase, while they took their time doing what I assumed was a morning routine for the store to be operational. Once I was allowed in no one even approached to ask if I needed assistance or apologize for the inconvenience. I feel the current staff is very unprofessional and lack basic costumer service skills, while checking out I listened to the gentleman ringing up my purchase hold a phone conversation, about how he just opened the store but as he put it he “isn’t getting into anything tonight”. I am just truly disappointed in the entire experience I would rate my visit subpar at best.

I was given a pair of tennis shoes for my birthday. A size larger than what I wear. They do not sell that shoe in my size, they would not refund the money. Training manager Justin said I could get a gift card, but wait, they were out. I hate getting stores.

As long as I’ve been a customer and patronized with this company. Ive never experienced the way we was treated on Wednesday, May the 17th. It should never get to a point where the customer and staff have to get physical or feel threatened. The situations wasn't handled properly or professional at all.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been too. Why are there kids running the store with no customer service skills, no manners and no knowledge on how to RUN THE STORE!? If I place an order online to pick up in the store, why do managers have to be called on FaceTime to check me out and still no one is able to give me my purchase? Why can no one answer about giving me a refund? Why after waiting 45 minutes am I told to cancel the order (which I couldn’t because it was already processed and the site clearly states that)? Why does customer service have to give me a “case number” after being on hold 15 minutes because they’re confused on what happened?? And why is everyone confused at a customer being upset after making a purchase and not receiving an item, but being TOLD to come back tomorrow with no apology, concern, compassion or acknowledgment of the inconvenience?? As if I have nothing else to do in life but drive around town. The random drug user walking around the store and outside picking up cigarette butts received better treatment than the paying customer. Unacceptable!!!

Hello who can help me with this I won a raffle today at a store here in birmingham but when i went to get my shoes at 10:21 am they first said they didn't get any raffles so i let them see my raffle then that said they can't pull up the winners list so it's nothing they can do so i call customer care and they went as far as to emailing them the winners list so i went back up their @ 11ish and they acted as if i wasn't standing there at this point i was upset so i started to tell them that I don't believe them and if their job is worth some jordan so be it.They all Had the worst attitude probably because i call them out on it so after that they refuse to help me so i call customer care a 2nd time and this time they emailed the district manager about the issue and i still don't have my shoes I don't want to go social with this but I have to because corporate or the district manager want help me until 24 to 48 hrs my shoes are now long gone. im not gonna stop until a entire new staff there. the store is now called city gear and here are pictures of the unstable people that your company hired i'm now convinced that they sold my shoe to their friend instead of me and i won the raffle
