I highly recommend Hendrick Subaru. The staff was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to help me with my nee car purchase. I was able to test drive and purchase the car that I found on their website. I'll definitely purchase my next car for Hendrick.

In 58000 miles I've had the front cat converter go out. Covered by warrantee $4000+. DCM go bad and drain battery--covered by warranty. 2 oxygen sensors go bad, not covered--$1100. Dash warning lights go on at least 4 times, causing me to have to take car in, and now whenever I start car am afraid I'll be greeted with warning lights. When DCM was replaced had to take car back because phone wouldn't pair. Staff have been very nice, although twice I was given repair prices only to be contacted to tell me the price would be more. I haven't had this many frustrating issues with a car in less than 60,000 miles since owning a 1978 Dodge Aspen. Have always wanted a Subaru, but next car will probably be something else.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! use anyone else. brand new 2024 car- have had most problems with it. trying to get it worked on has been a nightmare. customer service is AWFUL.

I have wanted a Subaru Crosstrek for the past couple of years. LOGAN was my salesman, he was both courteous and professional through my entire purchasing experience. I fell in love with thus color blue and he made sure I was able to receive the car of my dreams. I appreciate the Sales Management as wall as the Finance department for a smooth and enjoyable process.
