Great hotel with good breakfast. There is an AMC movie theater right behind hotel. Also there is a large Shopping Center with Publix grocery store, Hobby Lobby, Dick's Sporting Goods and restaurants. Sweet Frog ice cream! ?
Rooms: Nice and clean.
Nearby activities: Shopping Centet and restaurants.
Safety: I felt safe there.
Walkability: Half mile of walking to stores and restaurants.
Food and drinks: Plenty to choose from.
Noteworthy details: The hotel has a nice swimming pool.

When booking a room for a surgery Yesley Martinez went out of her way to be helpful and courteous . She is a wonderful person to have answering the phone for the Hampton Inn and Suites,Birmingham/280 East Eagle Point.

Easy place to get to once you learn the area. If you want to leave this hotel and not sit n wait forever go through the parking lot for the shopping center to the light. Was faster and much easier. Hotel was decent and food was decent. We didn't spend much time at the hotel it was basically just a place to lay our heads. No issues at the hotel. Would stay there again.

Beautiful area that's slightly off the beaten path. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Safety: Up in the woods and extremely quiet

Great room, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff was personable, helpful and friendly. Full size shampoo conditioner lotion shower gel. Fantastic hot breakfast with lots of choices including hot chocolate..

The gym smelled like it had never been cleaned since they built the place. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

I was here on a business trip for my company and was absolutely blown away by the cozy and comfortable rooms, the amenities were nice and the centrality of the hotel with the surrounding area was such a sell, and most importantly the staff was great! Melissa is just great to talk to and provided me a sense of sanity amidst my very busy and stressful week. Tyler was also very fun to talk to and I really felt like he would roll out the red carpet whenever I would come. Shoutout to them both! I definitely want to come back to this hotel just to be able to interact with those two again!

I stayed 2 nights and loved it! Comfy beds and pillows, clean modern rooms with all the extras, granite counter top in bathroom, and beautiful lighted mirror. Breakfast was great and had a good variety. The hotel in general was very well decorated and clean, every employee I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was not great. It was decent, and the pet fee can be rather expensive if you stay less than 3 nights. $75 up to 4 nights. All in all, I feel I got a great value for the room, not including the pet fee.
Nearby activities: Shopping Plaza across the street, Publix nearby, Walmart a mile up the street, cinema theatre across street.
Safety: Side doors only open with room key. Room door equipped with deadbolt and privacy latch, which allows door to open a few inches.

It was a perfect stay. Hard to say that about most hotel visits and I travel several times a year. We were with a wedding party and they allowed us to stay over a little longer in order to get dressed there at the hotel. And were very nice about it.
