I️ have several units there and have been with them for years. This place is very well maintained. Plenty of security cameras and lighting. The manager there “Susan” has been there for a long time and is by far the best manager they have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, honest and always helpful.

I have had a storage space at Greystone Self Storage. Very friends owner and managers. They are always willing to help with any issues I have had (I've lost my lock keys before, changing locks, etc.). It's a nice storage facility, clean and safe. I recommend it highly.

I used this storage facility for a year. Of course I only meant to have it for a month. Anyway the customer service was fantastic. The storage room was clean when I stored my items. I paid in person and online. I liked stopping by because the staff is very friendly. If I ever have to store anything again, I'd definitely use them.

I'd give no stars if I could. Susan is an argumentative aggressive manager. We asked for access to the dumpster when we signed up, she said no problem, but when you go, it's always full. Then they try to fine you for putting trash outside of it. It's a scam! Don't rent from here!!!!
