I just recently started shopping this location, and it is a hidden gem here in Birmingham. They rotate merchandise out regularly, and the staff works diligently to ensure the store constantly full. You will always find something here.

We went today and had a great experience. At the front is an actual Goodwill store. Then for the outlet/ bins part of Goodwill you drive around to the back of the building. The staff was so nice and very helpful while we were shopping at the store. The outlet was overall clean and smaller than some of the other places we have been. However not saying anything negative about that just noticed. The staff and shoppers at this outlet were both helpful and polite. We have been at outlets before where you might get elbowed in the face. Not here a nice relaxed setting. We will definitely go back.

As a shopper that has been to multiple Goodwill Outlets and a regular at their local one. I must honestly say this was my least favorite. While clean and organized, the selection was terrible, hard goods were at a bare minimum primarily clothes , & I am okay with that if it’s something most people would want Unless you are looking for used Wal-Mart brand clothing, I would not recommend. I came to a conclusion after my short stay , that the items placed in this outlet are the ones that the adjacent Goodwill store does not desire to place on their shelves . I gave 2 stars due to the cleanliness & the store has potential if management desires to make it worth the shoppers time

Main store is the best part; selection was minimal though. It is otherwise very neat and one of the cleanest good wills I've been to. Outlet portion though was super disappointing (hardly anything there) and the environment was slightly depressing.

I'm so happy that Alabama finally opened up a bins and not too far from me. Trussville, Moody or Pell City area would be even better for a more closer distance to me. ?

I love me a goodwill outlet. This was one of the smaller outlet stores I have visited. It is behind a regular retail store. When I was there (midday on a Tuesday) they rotated 3 bins total. The bins were heavy on clothes. Nothing special when I was there. The store was not crowded though. So that was good. No employees on power trips.

Ok… goodwill bins are so cool. So many movies and other junk to go through. And then there’s clothes which is fine I guess. But I’ll definitely come back for the movies.

Disappointed. For such a large space, little to no product to shop. The items (clothes) they had were well color coordinated organized well. As most thrift store have "that smell". Today the "smell" was a little hard to handle. Maybe today wasn't the day to thrift. I'll try back again...maybe.

I do wish there were a greater selection of items other than clothing. My main reason for even posting a review was due to an employee named Ed that I came in contact with yesterday. Great customer service, above and beyond. 10 stars for this young man.

Compared to the Goodwills in Athens & Madison, this one is great. I found a good bit of stuff & could've left with even more.

Always a great experience. Relatively clean and organized, staff are helpful and professional, management top notch. Thanks to the folks with whom I interact on a regular basis: Ed, David, and Tiffany.

I shop there weekly. I almost always find a few "treasures." Watch you receipt---more often than not, they will charge full price for some of the half-price items.
