My 8 month old pug Albie was in desperate need of a nail trim, so of course I took him to Rub-a-Dub-Dog Bathhouse and Spa for his first grooming appointment. He looked so handsome after his bath and he smelled yummy! I've been going here since I adopted my first pug in 2008. Always a great experience.

My shihpoo had a bad haircut - and when I say bad, I mean old-man-comb-over bad. He's so cute but the cut was awful. He started doggie daycare at Creative Dog Training and the Rub a Dub Dog bath and groomer was so convenient. They listened to my concerns and gave Milo a great cut!

Sarah does such a great job! Our new puppy Harry Winston’s first haircut was perfect. He was so proud when I picked him up today.

I have been a client for years! They do a great job deshedding or furminating my pooch. I have a pug that sheds a ton and they get as much hair from the undercoat as possible. I enjoy going and my pug always leaves with a report card, treat and a cute bandanna around his neck!

As always, Sarah did a great job on Brittany. Her visit was only an hour and 45 minutes. They do a good job in scheduling.

Love Rub-a-Dub dog! I have taken my dog Lulu twice and it has been a great experience so far. Autumn is the best and really worked with Lulu and her personality .

Had a great experience here with my Westie ! I really like the owner, Catherine , she called me prior amd discussed the type cut I wanted and needs of my dog. Alexis did my Willow \\u0026 I really liked her a lot ! (Nice clean place of business too ! ) I like the philosophy of this business, they don’t use “ drying crates” or have your baby there all day like most groomers. I had my dog there by her appointment time and was able to pick her up 2 hours later , looking adorable!! The prices are very good too! I liked the location bc parking is easy , etc! I’d highly recommend this place! I’ve been searching for a new groomer for 2 years before I found the place . They had a waiting list and I am so glad we are now” regulars “ Updating my review ( August 23 ) Willow had a groom this am w Morgan and I was more than impressed . She looked amazing ! Morgan explained how to care for her nails( to get the cuticles shorter eventually)it was something I had never had a groomer tell me - I really like her a lot ! I’d highly recommend Morgan \\u0026 Rub a Dub - we went to the new location at Creative dog training in homewood - I liked the cleanliness and the parking was easy . The prices are very competitive too! I’m adding more pics of Willow from this am ( no hair bow in newer pics )

You can pay to have Google reviews removed. The owner definitely does this. She was one of the most condescending people I’ve ever had to deal with. She insulted me, was rude about my dogs cuts when I asked about them, and she also overcharges GREATLY. The workers there even agreed with me when I said she was rude. Two of the girls. They said, “she’s just like this. I’m so so so sorry- we really understand.”Last thing, the dogs are categorized by how much they weigh, so you have to pay that. My dog was under the weight of the $120…. Yes… $120 price. By TWELVE lbs. I weighed him prior to going to ensure he was in the right weight class for pricing. Then I get a text message (I was working) saying they’re going to charge me $120. Shady.It made me re edit this. You absolutely, absolutely were working that day. Without a doubt. Good to know you flat out lie to people as well- we spoke and you introduced yourself??? I realized how you treated your employees, and knew I was not going to return. And that girl at the front? I felt awful for her by the way you were speaking to her.Lastly, Kovu wasn’t severely matted. And I REQUESTED that he be shaved from head to toe. You didn’t do that on your own free will. You really just be lyin on here, huh
