“I entered into Mattress Firm Trussville on Tuesday an hour before closing in search of a mattress for my platform bed.....I had such an informative experience with my Sleep Expert Mrs. Kendall! She was very professional and personable which led me to the perfect mattress for my platform bed! I purchased the 12 inch Nectar foam mattress!! Very comfortable mattress at a great price!!
Update...I needed a box spring to provide the right height for my platform bed (with one mattress, it was too low for my height (I'm 5'9")... Mrs.Kendall followed up with me....I informed her that the mattress was a perfect fit, but I was in need of a box spring....she ensured me that she would be able to assist,, but would be off the following day,, but would inform her supervisor of what I needed....she kept her word. I communicated with Mrs. Patty what i needed and when.. i came into the store,, ordered what i needed..i received the box spring with 48 hours,, my low profile mattress was a perfect fit,, it gave the perfect height for the bed!! I greatly appreciate Kendall and Patty for being so patient,professional and sweet!! I will definitely be referring all in need and want to them!!!”

They had to hold it so I could arrange for pick up and when I arrived the whole team was ready to support moving and loading it. They also gave helpful tips! “Searched for 3 months for a couch to go in our new home after moving to the area. Stumbled across Blackwells furniture and so glad I did. First off, Mr Blackwell is a pure gem. He is helpful, knowledgeable and personable and quite funny! He was very patient with me as I had to think forever pulling the trigger on spending 3500 for couch. They are family owned business and will treat you like family!The delivery guys were absolute professionals too! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! If they don’t have what you need, they can order it which is what I had to do.”

“We have been searching for a couch for a while and one of our stops was at Standard Furniture in Center Point. The service and attention we received was amazing! If you’ve shopped for furniture lately you know the commissioned sales people hover around you and can be extremely annoying. Standard was the only place we went that honored our request to let us look. When we had a question we approached the sales person and she was wonderful, answered questions, prepared a quote, explained the protection plan and delivery details. We ultimately found what fit our needs best at a second favorite store but we will certainly shop at Standard Furniture in the future! Shout out to Quanita for all of her help!! She was terrific!”
