The post office has better customer service than this place. To whoever owns/runs this location, please evaluate Veronica’s work performance. According to other reviews here, I am not the only customer to have a negative run-in with this employee, and I believe you can find someone better. I would give one star, but I give credit where credit is due. My package arrived on time but at triple the cost of USPS with worst customer service.

This place closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays!! The package we had was HUGE and a return. It would be as much to return it as it cost us... but the lady at FedEx here was super nice. She helped me out quite a bit. Luckily it was not busy when I showed up. The package was heavy and when I took it back to the car (this thing may just be dropped off at Good Will or a thrift store...)she left me borrow a cart thing!But did thus review for one correction. This place closes at 6:00 PM on Saturdays!!

Ashley is the most unprofessional worker there. The worker helping me had an issue with her computer not booting and she asked for Ashley‘s help multiple times and instead of trying Ashley decided that the system was down without even her trying and told me I would have to come back. If she could’ve looked up from her phone for two seconds to help me but instead she choose laziness.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came to get several things printed for my daughters first birthday and the lady said I would’ve been better off doing it myself and had an attitude the whole time. Then felt it necessary to give her opinion on my choices. I walked out and will never be back. Do not recommend going here

Zero stars should be an option. I had two printing projects, (500) black & white, one sided and (500) double sided, color. Local FedEx/Printing location gave me an estimate of $800+. After I declined & left the store, I received 4 calls from the "bidding" center, which was not local, giving a price which had been cut in half to $400 (+/-). This is absolutely absurd!! Within 30 minutes the price was cut in half? Went to UPS packing & printing and had the same printing projects done for $260. They are taking advantage of customers & should be held accountable. DO NOT USE & shop around before having projects done.

This location is the absolute worst fedex I've ever been to! I've never experienced anything like it! They lie & say system won't pull up my discount & then call back the nxt day a different employee magically finds my discount w/no issues! Josh the manager is downright horrible, unhappy & rude & Veronica is just as bad!! Went to store w/my credentials/proof I get a discount, Josh starts ranting & raving can you prove it...umm well duh I wouldn't be here if I didn't have my proof! Sent my son the nxt day w/my credentials & credit card to get copies for me he gets to the store Josh denies him - I had to clock off work for 5mins to call Josh & tell him how dare you deny anyone that has the proof that you require from receiving a discount. He proceeds to tell me oh I didn't know he was w/you! wait what so you give me a hard time the day b4 w/credentials & give my son a hard time & deny him services w/credentials as well bcuz you feel like you can...unacceptable!!! It amazes me that this location is still even open if I owned this store I'd definitely be cleaning house or doing a huge customer service training w/Josh & Veronica!! They can't be making much money based on no one is ever in the store & the way they get treated when they do visit this location! I know one thang if I can avoid this location I definitely will, but if I have no other choice I definitely won't allow Josh & Veronica to deny me my discount! Never the same employees (they were the nice/friendly ones) they're probably running away from Josh & Veronica too!!! lol

I was told to come pick up my prints after 4 pm. I should have known they closed at 6pm but didn’t!! When I got there at 6:15, Veronica said they were closed and she couldn’t help me!! I told her that I’d already paid for the prints and that I have an10am flight and that I can’t come back at noon.Why couldn’t she just give me the package!! She then started to record me and threaten to call the police. She could have carried my stuff with her out to her car! Just mean- plain mean!!!

I shipped a package from this location the other day and the employee treated me like I was a pain in the rear just for breathing the same air as her. Rude rude rude employees here. Be prepared for the sass.

If I don’t want your business was a fee than FedEx 280 is giving it out . I called your neighbors Staples 280 about the same job and it was less than half the price. $300 vs $120 .

I picked up a package at this location and the staff were rude. The box was badly damaged (luckily the item wasn’t). Don’t use this place.
