Service was fast! The employee was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Now, other other hand- these prices are set WAY too high. I got two small manilla file folders laminated- one I did myself which was a disaster on the self-serve laminator and the other one they did on the larger laminator. It was around $19.00 for both and they charged all of these services fees that I was not aware of. They charged to cut, trim, and the set up to CUT the lamination- that is my one and only complaint because if I knew of these multiple fees, then I would’ve trimmed it myself.

The manger just stared at her computer knowing I’m 2 feet from her trying to check out while every other employee is as packed with people. I understand being busy but not even acknowledging a customers presence and telling them, “ If you don’t mind just waiting in another line.” Might go a long way to make people not give terrible reviews on google. I feel really bad for all the other employees there for having to work with her.

I paid over $35 for an urgent document to be overnighted to arrive in Charlotte, NC. When I tracked it online, the status said it wouldn't be delivered until the following day (i.e., 2 days later). I called the 800 number for assistance. The robo-operator asked for the tracking #. After entering it correctly three times, it said they had no record of it. So I called the local branch from where it was shipped (Cahaba Village). No one answered the phone. I tried several times and still no one answered. I want my money back and my precious time back. Oh and I'd like to know the status of my package -- STILL. I will never use this location again.

When I tried to use self print the machine gave error message to talk with Associate. I was charged additional fees for having them perform a rush job. I did not ask for any of this, I simply wanted to use the self service machine, but because it was not working they printed my job for me. I thought that was nice. After it was all done I was informed that there was a rush fee since my job was wanted now and over $50. However I was never told this in advance, and was only over $50 because I went with two color copies. I was told I could have printed each copy separately and avoided the fees (as each printing would have been less than $50), but not until after they printed both and applied the rush fees. Trisha was asked about removing the fees, but she could not take 5 seconds to talk about it and said they had to be applied. Do not expect much service from this location.

Manager was really rude while I was trying to print some invitations. Disappointed that what was supposed to be a fun outing while I was ~very~ pregnant was brought down by an out of left field, unnecessary attitude. In the end, she wasn’t able to do my order so I went to another place and they did them.

This place is obviously poorly managed from the moment you walk in. Nobody greets you, and most questions are answered with attitude, from every employee. I have completed about 3-4 print jobs there, and nobody is very helpful or friendly. It used to be managed better.
