Exceptional good customer service!! I bought a pool table and a spa from these fine folks almost five years ago. Showed up today not to buy anything but just get some guidance and they went over and above my expectations!! Great business great customer service and great people!! Will me my one stop shop for all my outdoor fun!! Thank you family leisure team!!!

The pool is beautiful, and the installation was seamless. The stairs we were sold and told (after a lengthy discussion of where and how they'd be set up) would work for our deck do not work. There's a 2 foot drop from the deck to the step and they are unstable, even with the 50lb sandbag. When we called to see what can be done we were told it requires a deck handle kit for $50. When asked if we could just return the stairs, we were told no. You'd think after spending $13k, customer service could have been better.

If I could give our service technician, Lee, 10 ⭐️ I would! Lee was very knowledgeable about our hot tub. We could not have asked for a more detailed description of the details (ins and outs/dis and don'ts) regarding the hot tub. Lee was sent to correct an issue related to the original installation of the cover and lift. Not only did he resolve that issue, he took the time to go over every aspect of operation and maintenance relating to our purchase. I can't sing his praises enough! If I could have videotaped him, it would be an asset to everyone who purchases one! Neither the salesman nor the original setup guys showed us anything regarding the operation of our hot tub. Seriously Lee should do a YouTube tutorial on the care and maintenance of a new hot tub!!! Not only was he professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he answered all our questions. Once again Lee gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mother, Sherry, has been in a bind due to our pool needing a new liner. Logan has been with us through the entirety of the process and has been wonderful. He is incredibly helpful, and they always have everting we need.

My wife and I where in the area and we needed top caps for our above ground pool and we asked for them and the service manager came out and I asked for top caps and he treated me like I was a moron , the guy was an absolute prick . I will never again set foot in that store again , I've never owned an above ground pool and I didn't know that there wasn't universal parts , never again !

We purchased a hot tub from Family Leisure several years ago that ended up having a manufacturer defect. Family Leisure helped in getting the hot tub replaced with no problem. Since our purchase no matter what the problem or issue Logan has always gone above and beyond to help us out. He is top notch and is a true professional who truly exemplifies customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Logan took really good care of our Family! I called about a replacement rail for my pool and a warranty issue for my pool cover. He took care of both without hesitation. Bought a hot tub from Family Leisure and about 8 months later the cover was holding water and molding. Contacted the manager and he filed a claim with the warranty company and of course they rejected it. Any excuse to not pay. The manager gave me a cover from the store free of charge and even had it delivered to me. He didn't have to do that. He went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or pool. Great service.

I highly recommend Family Leisure. Logan, who is the service manager, is great. He takes time to answer your questions and is always very helpful. I had an error code that I was concerned about. I called Logan and he explained it very well and told me how to fix it before I spend $100 on a service call. Thank you Logan!

I meant to post this a couple weeks ago. The manager, I think his name is Logan, was incredibly helpful 10 stars. By the way the sales staff gentlemen Philip was out of this world in knowledge, professionalism, and approach.

This place is a joke. Nothing but used car salesmen in there. Very manipulative. That "online coupon" on their website doesn't matter. They won't honor it.
