I hate this dollar store location it always smells foul and I'm not sure if that's why they are currently selective picking there customers that they are allowing to let shop in store with the DOORS LOCKED ( NOT Allowing customer to come in) however are letting customers out with there goods!! I have had a return from this location for the passed 4 days and have been unable to do so, do to this Selective "DOOR LOCKING PROCEDURE"
I have called the number and with no shock there was NO ANSWER FROM the associate at work inside building. But to be honest I haven't had anyone answer a dollar store phone since the year 2017 and I've called myself. These actions are ridiculous and honestly I'm quite tired of it!

Employees are rude and racist towards white people, store closes early every night. Managers are rude, employees slow and if there's a potential problem instead of trying to address it, they just blow you off without any effort to try and resolve matters. Some of the worst customer service and exper I've ever had at a retail store. Keep in mind this is not just one time but a recurring problem. Mainly at the Woodlawn store on 1st avenue and 55th Street

This family dollar states it’s open until 9:00pm however it is 6:40 pm and they are closed every day I get of and most day by even 6:30pm the food are closed and the parking lot is empty.

My first visit to this store. It was a great visit. I was greeted as I entered the store. I also was able to find everything I was searching for. Overall I had a great shopping experience in this Family Dollar.The Cashier was very helpful and polite.

Clean, not as stocked as could be. But not blaming staff. Well understaffed. They should invest in stockers as well as cashier's. One person can't do it All.

I live next door to this Family Dollar on Dennison Ave. They have an alarm that goes off each night from 11:00pm until 6:00am every 3-5 minutes. My neighbors and I have talked to several managers including the area district manager, but still the disturbing noises continue. We have 40 households in our neighborhood and they all refuse to shop there until their peace is restored.
