This is an exceptional business. These guys are often cheaper than renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The prices are way better. Staff is exceptionally friendly. I will be visiting again in 2 weeks for a trip to Austin Texas.

A+ on customer service, efficiency, and ease of rental. I usually don’t take the time to review transactions like this, but my experience was so good, Enterprise Truck Rental in Bham is the only place I will go to rent cargo vans anymore.

This place is a joke. I called and placed a reservation for a truck. I go to pick it up the next day. I get there no truck waited 45 min. No truck. I left called UHaul. I got the truck and on with my day. Pitiful customer service

This is the worst place to rent a truck from. Ever time we rent a truck from here they always give us problems. They have no customer service values. We reserve trucks from here in advance and they always screw us over especially when it comes to having the truck on time.

Reserved a truck, drive all the way out there to be told there’s no truck with no reason why. They said they called but no message was left. Bad service.

Reserved a truck 3 days in advance. I was called by an uncaring employee and told no truck would be available. We had less than 24 hours notice. They wrecked our plans to move by their incompetence. I do a lot of travel and I rent a lot of Enterprise cars. No more. I don't care if I have to pay $100 a day more I will never rent from Enterprise again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Enterprise.
