Was given a jeep compass that was on E that had a fuel door busted by some yahoo because I discovered this after hours I ended up stranded having to wait 2 hours to be rescued

They will not answer your phone call more than once. You will call and call and call and stress even more than you already are and they will not pick it up. They do not care. 2nd horrendous experience. If you can ride a mule to work, it is preferable.

This branch is the worst I've ever done business with. I had a reservation entered back in September 2023 for 11/22/2023 only to have a representative to call me at 4:00 pm on 11/20/2023 to say there has been a recall on all Ford Transit passenger vans. She stated my reservation would be cancelled and I should do business with one of their competitors. Enterprises made not one attempt to accommodate my reservation. After contacting another branch to get verification of this recall they had not heard of such. Tried contacting the Inverness branch to get accommodations there was no answer. I've never experienced such horrible service in the rental car industry. Please if at all possible DO NOT entrust this location or company to do business with.

Recently rented for an important trip out of state and it was nothing but smooth sailing from the get-go. The staff were all fast, efficient, and provided great customer service. My insurance company made a reservation weeks before I picked up my rental for an suv for $26 a day. When I went to pick it up they told me that all they had in their inventory was a truck and that the price would not exceed what my insurance company allowed. I trusted their word and signed the agreement. However, when I returned the car and and submitted the receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement they said that they would only cover part of the rental because it exceeded the daily amount allowed. I called this branch to figure out what happened which actually took a few days of calling before someone actually picked up. I explained what happened and the guy I spoke to was very rude and told me that it was my fault for not paying attention. Also said that there were no notes in their system about a certain allowance even though he told me to my face that he could see the amount the day I picked it up. They also tried to charge me for not bringing the truck back with a full tank of gas even though they gave it to me with less than a quarter tank full. These people are very shady. Avoid using this location if possible. If you do have to use them make sure you pay attention to everything because they will try to screw you.

This has been my go to rental spot for my past few rentals. Mostly I have had great service here. I have always been met with professionalism and top notch customer service. I sincerely appreciate that. However, my last rental experience left me with feelings of looking elsewhere for my future rentals. When I arrived I was met by a very nice lady. She greeted me and and addressed any concerns I had. She was helpful in accommodating me with my vehicle. Fast forward and after several vehicle selections later (there were some issues with each vehicle) I was on my way. The vehicle I ended up with unfortunately has been around the block many times. I understand that the vehicles are rented out to be used but this vehicle was nearing 60k miles and the leather and top of the vehicle were worn. The AC for some reason was iffy with cooling. At times it cooled and other times it just blew hot air. The brakes started to vibrate a little on day 3. I had this vehicle contracted for a week rental but returned it 2 days early. I know things are different in this day and time especially post covid but for the amount of money spent on it, I expect better. I did inform the representative upon my return and it basically boiled down to one question of "did everything meet satisfaction for me" and I just said no and left. I know I am just one person out of the many rentals that this establishment receives and me not renting here again will not hurt them but I was just left feeling like this was the worse rental experience I had received.

One of the worst & most unprofessional folks run this branch. 70% of times they are out of cars even though you have a reservation. The rest 30% times, you aren't treated well. Example - Today during a car return, I reached the location @11.57pm & found the branch door closed from inside. Saw a few executives looking at me from inside. After 10mins, one came out & said the branch closes at 12pm, even though I reached @ 11.57pm & was standing for last 15 mins... Requested the guy to check the car out as all he needs to do was to get the keys from me.. He said he would check from his superiors but never came back.. Finally after wasting 30mins drove all the way to airport location to return the car..

I made a reservation 3 months in advance for a 15 passenger van to take kids to a summer camp. The night before my trip leaves, I received a call to let me know the National Guard had come into town and taken all the 15 passenger vans, so my reservation is cancelled. The night before my trip. Enterprise advised me they didn’t have anything that would be able to replace the van for me. I’m certain the government contract far exceeds the profits they make off me, so I at least understand why I was treated so horrendously.

Worst company to rent a car.First experience: The booking office has no clue what cars locations have. They will book it for you just to find out the actual location has no car to rent.Second experience: i booked it for 12pm on Saturday and i show up at 12:10. They told me they are closed since they close at 12. Why the hell would you let me book for 12 when a second after you are closed. Thats outright d****

Had a great experience at this location. I was able to get a car reserved and picked up the same day and used it through the weekend. Car was clean, drove well, and had no issues. Every person there was extremely helpful and courteous. I almost stayed away due to the other reviews, but I'm glad I didn't because I had a great experience.

It is close to impossible to reach these folks by phone.Edit: I was finally able to get through on the phone line, and was assisted in modifying my rental.I have been trying to reach this location for 5 days, to continue to rent my rental vehicle. I wait on eternal hold, only to be eventually disconnected. Modifying my rental online has been unsuccessful as well. I keep getting error messagesSomething is broken in the way of communications.Otherwise, the staff at this branch are courteous and helpful. I guess my only option is to Drive to the location, to continue my rental.
