Came for a day pass since I’m from out of town. Nice clean facility with ample space and good equipment. I forgot his name but whoever was working 12/27/20 in the morning super nice guy. Would return if I come back to Birmingham

This establishment refuses to cancel my mother's membership. She is a senior citizen and is distraught by this. I have reached out to them since June 2022 to cancel her membership. She lives in California now and has no need for the gym. I have called, sent someone there on my behalf to cancel, and even emailed them. They even emailed me back one time and said they would cancel her membership and failed to. I also live in California and cannot go to the facility to cancel in person. This is going on the 6th month now that she has been charged for this membership. Think about this before you sign up with them.

Such a great facility. I needed a place to train as I was visiting from out of town. It was extremely clean, staff was extremely nice and they had a great selection of equipment. Highly recommend!

This is the very best place to relax and workout without being intimidated. It's clean and fun. The staff and personal trainers are very educated and professional in health and fitness.
