Not the nicest Embassy we have stayed at but still very nice. Embassy never disappoints. Always love happy hour at the bar!

Very disappointing. My room was nasty. Shower had mold all in it. There was a used bar of soap still in my shower. No soap in the dispenser, wasn’t refilled. Walls were scratched up and destroyed. Rusty lamp. Big gross smudges dirty all over my tv screen, they obviously didn’t bother to clean. Mirrors were nasty and not cleaned. The bed sheets were wrinkled and I’m not even sure they actually replaced them from the last guest. Dirt crumbs and trash all in the hallway carpet. It’s like animals live in this hotel. I felt so dirty staying here. I am a very easy to please person, but this was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I fly all over the country and I’ve stayed at some tough places, but this was just unacceptable. Room# 421

They don't take cash, even when you registered with a card online

We have decided to take staying at this location off of list of places we stay as we travel. We have been here before and it was very well maintained but not any more. The carpet in my room was very unclean, the tile floors throughout the building were so sticky which was very unpleasant and most of the staff had a “do not care” attitude. There was no toilet paper in our rooms and when housekeeping came they only provided fresh towels and did not change and make the bed or vacuume the floor. The swimming pool was shut down and we were told it has been like that for a while - big hole in the ceiling of the workout room with a water bucket underneath. Very disappointing stay - needs a lot of work.

Just say no! Very dirty and outdated hotel. The whole "we know our hotel is terrible and we are fixing it in September" doesn't help when your hotel is terrible now. If you're thinking of coming here because they are Hilton, you will quickly rethink staying in a Hilton property ever again.

I was booked for 4 nights and ended up only staying one night. The second night I saw a huge bug in the bed. Of course I called the front desk and was told they had no more rooms to move me to so I could check out, that’s what I did… I left immediately. The hotel has seen better days. From weird smells in the rooms, to the old mildew carpet, to the peeling paint chips and ripped fixtures now bugs. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you want Ruth’s Chris just go eat at the restaurant and leave. I will say the customer service was ok. Upon checking in the room I had it wasn't ready and it was 4pm. That was terrible as I was ready to lay down. But I had to wait another hour before I could get in the room, let me not forget to mention that I had a premium room. Nothing was premium about this room at all… so disappointed. This is the second Hilton property I’ve stayed in a 6 month span that needs some serious TLC. The franchise needs to make renovations and repairs it’s #1 priority…

Not great service, wouldn’t bring clean linens to room for nasty pull out mattress. Line forever to make a waffle. Leak in room huge sopping wet spot in floor making socks wet. Ruth’s Chris restaurant experience was completely awful and food not good especially for $500 price and bad service, never took us to table made us eat in waiting area.

Hotel needs updating, but we had a pleasant stay. The toilet in our room made crazy noises, no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, rooms needed a deep clean. However the night time reception was nice and the check in process went smoothly. Atrium area is a cool place to hang out. The plants are beautiful and the fish were cool to look at. I get the feeling that this hotel was probably a lot nicer 20-30 years ago. They’ve just struggled with upkeep and cleaning. Many issues in our room could be resolved with a quick trip to the hardware store, but somebody has to do it!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It didn’t feel like I was staying in a Hilton brand hotel. The hotel is old and in desperate need of maintenance and renovation. I had a 2 night stay and the first night there was no hot water for a shower. They changed my room which was good, but in the second room the extremely loud ac/heating unit awakened me continuously through the night. All I can say is I am glad to go home!

This hotel seems to be worn out. The rooms were not very clean, and the furniture was badly worn. Unable to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Employees friendly and accommodating though.

We were in town visiting family for Christmas. We have stayed in many Embassy Suites, but this location was beyond disappointing. Our room was not clean at all. It smelled like mildew and it was dead bugs throughout the rooms. There was trash swept behind the door in one of the bathrooms. Water damage was in almost every room. Wallpaper was peeling in the living area. The matress... you could feel every spring in the mattress! My back is still hurting! It was unbelievable they actually rented this room to anyone. We checked out the next day, it was a horrible experience. The staff was friendly though. I will not return to this location. Serious updates need to happen ASAP!!

The gentleman who made our omelets at breakfast is this properties best asset. He was so welcoming, played nice music to add ambience, paid attention to the little details and should definitely be commended on his valuable service. You can train for skills, hire and retain for attitude. Note to the GM: recognize his excellent service in a way that he appreciates and whatever you must do to encourage and retain him, do that.

WARNING BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The shower head was hanging from the wall, the mattress was yellow, the grout had organic growth, the carpets and chairs were heavily stained.Staff communication, customer service, and cleanliness needs heavy improvement. The only manager I dealt with that seemed to have decent customer service skills and was respectful - Israel. The other two front desk “managers” were demeaning, rude, and combative. I decided to remove their names from the review as I have put in a ticket with the general manager to further address.Rooms: The rooms are extremely outdated. The carpets, chairs, and mattresses are heavily stained(our mattress was yellow) I learned this after discovering BED BUGS!!! The shower faucet was hanging from the wall the grout needed redone as it had buildup and organic growth matter.Food & drinks: The breakfast crew kept items stocked.Noteworthy details: Terrible customer service desk and worst of all BED BUGS!!!!!!! They never once contacted me after putting in multiple requests to speak with management. My guess is the “managers “ that were there the night this happened were the ones that are responsible for responding to reviews as they skipped past everything except for the bed bugs. I want a phone call to discuss the way we were treated. Please note I do not want contact from Sean M or Helana B as they originally told me their shift ended in 5 minutes and I could take it up with Israel the night this happened. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

This hotel is badly in need of being refurbished. Everything needs to be gutted and redone, especially the bathrooms, mattresses, elevators. This Embassy Suites does not warrant the Hilton name. People working the front desk were friendly and reassigned our room but the pics are from the room we stayed in. Very disappointing.
