“Jonathan A was our tv sales associate. He gets salesperson of the year award!!! Introduced himself, asked our name. Took us right to some tvs we might consider. Asked what room tv was for & how much light. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the difference between models of the same name brand & other brands. I told another customer to wait until we were through and let him help them which they did, so he got 2 sales. BB should clone him because he is a very dedicated & knowledgeable employee.
Quite frankly he was so nice & knows his stuff so well, I was afraid I would buy a 2nd tv to replace 1 that doesn't need replacing.

“I went into Metro with a completely busted phone — the screen was glitching, opening and closing apps on its own, and I couldn’t really use it anymore. I’d also just moved and had a lot of other bills to handle, so getting a new phone wasn’t really in my budget.
Jackie and Tanita were honestly amazing. They were cool, down-to-earth, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. They didn’t treat me like just another sale — they asked the right questions, looked over my account, and found me the best possible deal for my situation. They even took the time to transfer my number and set up my new phone perfectly.
