Nice people but they quoted me a price when I told them what was wrong with it, then changed it by 100 bux once I brought the tv in. Classic bait and switch. Only brought it in because of the quote, basically feel like they boosted the price and cheated me out of 50 bux non refundable deposit

I used this service very unhappy with the results WARNING!! Will up the price last minute even with a quote terrible customer service. The staff did not want to honor the quote and we're very unpleasant if I can write it no stars I would.

Met the owners last week when I dropped off my 45 year old BIC 940 Belt Drive Turntable. Got called back in roughly 4 business days, and the unit was cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted to perfection. This is nothing like the major repair shop in Nashville that couldn't get it done from May of 2022 to when I reclaimed it un-repaired in the following November of this past year. ERC is the Gold Standard for everything electronic.

I own a plumbing company. Very good guys with electronics & only guys I trust to repair our sewer camera equipment. Only reason not 5 stars is due to turn around time being slow due to there demand.
