I was with them for a year, called and told them that I've since become unemployed and all they offered was an attempt to sell me an insurance bundle, effectively raising my monthly bill to them. They suggested the Drivewise Rewards program, which is marginally effective (you can earn about ten dollars off your bill per month, payed out twice a year), for an annual discount of less than one of my monthly payments. If you're unemployed, as I am, and only leaving the house for groceries once every two weeks, you won't be driving enough to earn those rewards, anyway. As a recap I've been a licensed driver for fifteen years, never had a single accident, and am not receiving a discount, because I'm driving my car less often (and decreasing my chances of an accident exponentially). So, they suggested I waste more money on gas to drive around frivolously, just to earn a paltry discount. This is why Allstate no longer has my business. The customer service associates were helpful and polite; it's the insurance company that's crooked.

Corey Maxwell is a class act. During a major house flood and after we moved, he was there helping us save time and money. We were caught in subrogation and really confused by the process. He took time to help and we will always be grateful.
