I boarded my GSD for a week here. Great price and great people from what I could tell. He had a stomach issue late in the week and they treated him for it which they ask you if they can do when you drop off. It also looked like they washed his dog bed and put it back together better than I ever have. The comment card they filled out each day on how he was and what he did was a nice touch I thought. No complaints and will use them again.

You can not ask for a more attentive group of individuals that come together to work as an all-star team. We have been using Riverview Animal Clinic for about 15 years, for our 5 dogs and one cat. I would not hesitate having any of the veterinarians take care of our pups, and we have seen all of them. We do have our special one! One of our pups was diagnosed with lymphoma after extensive testing at Miss. State. It was a death sentence giving us maybe 6 months to live, that was over a year ago. After chemo and being treated at Riverview, and her cancer being in remission after the first month of treatment, you would have never known, or know, she was ever sick. My wife and I have thought about moving out of town from time to time, but always come back to "we can't move because of our special vet, talking about the tail wagging our lives!! We are so grateful for the care our pets have received from Riverview. I am so thankful that Dr. Tate made the bold move to buy the practice and keep it locally owned as opposed to being corporate owned like 99% of the vet clinics have done (take the money and run). The negative comments are mind boggling, but sounds like a pattern for anger and from those that didn't get the special treatment they think they are entitled to, or from those who feel the world evolves around them. My family loves the Riverview FAMILY.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!! I took my little fur babies here a few years back. Today I received a call from a debt collector saying I had an outstanding bill. I have never in my life not paid something on time. I immediately called to get this clarified for me as well as a possible solution. I spoke with Carol in financial department. She was extremely rude and unprofessional her solution to this was for me to start double checking to make sure when I pay for something to double check my credit card bill to make sure they charged me. She couldn't even provide me the information to the debt collector she sent the bill to. They also had the wrong phone number on file so she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that someone else entered in incorrectly. I've never have taken the time to write a bad review but the way she handed this was disrespectful and completely distasteful. If I were you I wouldn't even step foot near this place or you might end up like me having a debt collector call you 2 years later saying you didn't pay a vet bill.

The customer service of this place has been declining for some time now & we are officially done with your services. Your turnover rate is through the roof so much so that we as people who don't even work there notice. I know 2 girls who work at the vet I go to now that have left riverview because it was such a toxic place to work. Your receptionists have become rude, your Dr's have become unprofessional. & one of my dogs died last night after being released from your care right after being told "he's fine now!" After being in the ICU with y'all for 2 days. My dog who was not anywhere NEAR his time, literally, he was very much young, is dead. You said he was fine & to pick him up. He returned home weak and in less than an hour was dead.

My little kitten needed some shots and a little care. Luckily the staff at Riverview were there to take care of us! We made an appointment (a few minutes late) and as soon as we showed up we were shown a room. Within about 3 minutes we were checked in by the tech and off the process started. Fast, friendly, efficient. Not the best thing to have to do on a day off but couldn't have asked for a better process! Once again, hats off!! 5 stars!

I brought in my puppy for his 12 week shots and Dr. Leblanc and his team were great. Very informative and gave us all the information we needed to keep our pup healthy. Also, Bones loves Dr. Leblanc and he was great with the puppy as well. Would recommend to anyone needed veterinarian services.

Dr. Cobb and a few staff members recently helped my gf and I out when our dog, Phantom, ran into a rather unusual issue concerning his private area. Google wasn't very helpful, but the professionals certainly were (that's how it tends to work right). We also come to Riverview for his regular routine check ups and they are always pleasant to work with.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful Dr. Atlas, Dr. Campbell, the vet techs (Katie, Tyler, Sam, Taylor, Morgan, Hayley, ...), and the receptionists are at Riverview. They always make time to take care of my dwarf rabbit, Lilly, no matter how busy the clinic is. They always go above and beyond to help and are extremely kind and attentive. Thank you all again for fitting Lilly in today for his dental!

So. Where to start. In the middle of the night (a Friday), I noticed my wife's dog's foot was bleeding. Our bed looked like a Chicago crime scene. At about 1 am, I managed to stop the bleeding and apply a dressing. Promptly accessing the Riverview app, I asked for an appointment for Saturday. Saturday at 9, after the phone rolled to a recording, I chose to leave a voicemail, describing the problem. An hour and a half later, upon calling again, I was informed they couldn't see the dog. Did they ever intend to tell me? I don't really appreciate office staff that are ambivalent. I'm sorry I didn't plan ahead for this injury, suffered by the family pet. This was the last, largest straw.

Inconsistent service...bought food here three times. I just walked in an bought it. Tried to do that a fourth time and was told I had to text, go back to my car and wait; that there were people ahead of me...yes for vet service, not a food purchase. There were literally three people sitting at computers doing nothing but talking when I walked in. No one was in front of them checking out. Lazy

We evacuated from NOLA because of the hurricane and are headed to Miami to stay with my brother until we have everything squared away. We booked an appointment for our dog because he gets super car sick and we wanted him to be comfortable on our long ride. The office is amazing and they were super quick! Dr. Williams and the tech (sorry I didn't catch her name!!) we're AMAZING. They examined our dog and cut his nails for us and did some cool humming trick so our dog was comfortable. the doctor also threw some treats on the ground to satisfy our other dog and offered to cut her nails too! They gave us the medicine, extra flea and heart worm and some toys for them just in case they didn't have any (we didn't have any because we were in a rush). They were so nice we wish they were our pups usual vet. Thank you sooo much Riverview animal clinic!!!!!!

F*** these people SO HARD. My pup suddenly couldn't move and was in excruciating pain - clearly had some kind of spinal injury. I rushed him to the emergency vet I've used before, and they told me I had to take him to Riverview because that's where the neurologist was. I got to Riverview, and all these morons were worried about was my mask not covering my entire face, when I'm trying to carry a dog carrier with the dog who had to be immobilized and is in crippling pain. I set him down, pull it up, and then... we wait. FOREVER. Finally someone comes in and weighs him and then tells me his injury isn't life threatening so he has to wait indefinitely. I understand triage, and have no interest in skipping ahead of severe traumas. So I asked if they could estimate wait times and they said "hours". It was already late. Then I asked if they could just give him something for pain and they refused. He was SHAKING AND SCREAMING and they refused to help at all. After waiting hours, and receiving no treatment, we returned home and stayed up all night until the regular vet opened. The dog had to have emergency surgery and my vet said his pain level was unbearable. The next morning, these worthless assholes CALLED ME to check on him and ask about their service. lol. I was like, "WTF do you care about it now for?!" F**** THESE. PEOPLE. I'll drive out of state before I ever let them touch one of my animals. Absolute trash who don't give a s*** about your pets. Do anything you can to avoid them.
