I like this one but I rather go to the one on 1st Ave north bc they've gotten more products and everything there along with in my personal experience more friendly and helpful staff some questions in my opinion can be embarrassing and why alot these type stores are frowned upon however if sometimes the employee would engage or ask and make them feel there's nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed bout they'd probably do and have alot more business then again I saw few things at the downtown one that I'd not seen at the 1st Ave so who knows maybe they switch up merch and or maybe me being short can't see evthing I just know I have felt very stared down and even followed around when trying to get a weekend play type couple thing with many different types things being bought and spending that kind if money I want to be able or feel able and comfortable to come ask questions not being starred down and followed around my man literally left and sat in car bc felt like he wasn't wanted in store or being followed when spending good deal of money heck the outfits along with few types of flavs or vibes alone should be more than enough to be like hey if u need anything or whatever I'll be over here I just started sitting each product I was on gettin at register at time bc made feel like I was doin something wrong. But I'm a asker so b4 I buy something to put anywhere near my or my man's junk lol ima ask any and all info I can if ava

I enjoyed my visit here I went with a guy I met at a club bought a few things had fun. The sales reps could be a bit more prompt but hey it's a novelty book store great arcade

It's an ok place to shop at if you know what you're looking for. Haven't ever had anyone really try to assist me with anything. The cashier lady usually spends her time chatting with other employees but is nice enough if confronted. Prices seem a bit high and the selection could be better. They have private rooms for watching videos and I've had guys approach me asking if I'd go watch one with them which I politely declined. Not a big issue but not crazy about being approached by random strangers in this way when I'm simply trying to shop.

Most horrible bookstore you could ever go to. The way the video arcade is set up is a complete trap. Not to mention the rude customer service. I had to call for someone instead of being greeted by the sales clerk.
