Paid parking for all guests including those using handicapped spaces and diamond member guests. Multiple business people were written a fake ticket even after having obtained parking validation. Worst of all a roach was left in the hallway in front of my room for 3 nights after notifying the hotel. Broken ice machines on two floors, dirty room windows, and a business center with no access to email. Peachtree Management, Parking Management Company, and this DoubleTree’s management all appear to have no concern for guests and only money yet they don’t understand these issues will cost them more over time as loyal Hilton Customers will choose to stay elsewhere due to feeling unwelcome.

I've been staying here for several years when I've been in Birmingham. This past week was our last time. No towels. A/C was broken. Toilet wouldn't flush. Restaurant wait staff was rude. I could go on. Sad to see one of our favorite places decline so miserably.

Heads up!! They now charge you to park!!! $10 a night to park at the hotel ?????
The rooms themselves are fine but miss some basic amenities like a mini fridge, and breakfast isn't complimentary.

Poor customer service. I did not receive my cookie. I could not check in early. They did not explain how purchasing beverages worked. They pointed to the back and stated the vending machines were located in the back without assistance. I asked a kind Spanish speaking cook, who led me to his break room to purchase a drink. While walking through the lobby the manager then assumed that I didn't pay. In general, please be hospitable since you are in the hospitality industry. If I wasn't doing a seminar here, I definitely would have chosen another hotel.

Went for a prehealth screening held in the Magnolia room. The hotel looks to be decorated in a very modern fashion. There are tons of comfy looking places to sit and the breakfast that was being prepared smelled amazing.

I stayed here for a conference in Birmingham. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but I was not at all impressed with other offerings. I paid $18 for their breakfast buffet, which was theft for what was available. What food was out was bland, there were no cups available, and things clearly hadn’t been stocked. By the time I sat down to eat what I’d self served, I was immediately greeted by someone with a bill. Waffle House has better food, service, and value compared to the food they had at their buffet. Same quality as any complementary breakfast at a cheap hotel. I’ll factor in breakfast when picking my next hotel.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The management here has to be the worst people I have ever experienced. I book here weekly for work. I have a travel agent who books for myself as well as multiple others who come in for work near by. My trip was delayed due to traffic so I called to move my check in date. The manager yells at me about a confirmation number (that I provided for her) tells me that I am being ignorant and proceeds to disconnect the call. This is for work. This is not for pleasure and the fact that this is how you guys handle business is distasteful and completely unacceptable. I have alerted my company to no longer use this hotel or company for our stays moving forward. As a Hilton Honors member I am completely disgusted with the managers behavior. She would not provide a name but I would like to make it clear that as a manager she needs to be properly trained on how to speak to guest while assisting with transactions and how to communicate with respect. I did not once disrespect her so I’m confused. All calls are record correct?

I called to change my reservation and had to speak with a manager to do because the front desk person didn't know how to do anything. After making rhe change request different, the manager told me I didn't have to be ignorant, that she needed to ask me questions. Rhe service at this location is horrible and their are OLD woman acting this way. Never again!
