The music was great. DJ Slugga always brings a good vibe. The “hookah girl” with the dreads on the other hand was not professional. We were sitting down for at least 30 minutes and no one said anything to us. I went to ask for a hookah and she had an attitude and didn’t seem interested in serving us. After we received the hookah, she didn’t bother to ask us was it pulling ok or anything. I had to get up and ask her to do anything for us because she didn’t acknowledge our presence. As working in the “night life” scene myself, I know how to treat customers, even when I don’t feel like. We won’t be back due to the lack of service and unprofessionalism.

Great little vibe. DJ always makes sure the energy is good in the room with continues tune. I like the thoroughness of the security guard. The Bartenders could do better by leaving their emotions at homes, less twerking to hit songs and stop the petty back and fourth arguments with patrons. They would make alot more money if they alter a few things.

Being from out of state I knew I wanted to check out a hookah bar here and I had a lovely time. The hookah was good, the music was good, and everyone was friendly. I'd definitely check it out again if I ever end back up in Birmingham.
