I come here often and Kimberly is always so helpful and mannerable. She definitely needs a raise with her helpfulness! I’ve never ran into any problems with the employees the whole establishment is just wonderful. My kids love it here!

This was the worst experience of customer service I’ve had. The employees straight up argued with me and my mother who has speech difficulties after surviving a stroke. Then they began to laugh at my mom. Absolutely unbelievable. Do not enter this rude establishment.

Wow. I didn't expect ACTUAL loose sand mixed in with the clothes in the bins! They really went above and beyond with the "dirt" theme ? not so much commitment to the "cheap" theme though. Be braced for sticker shock

I love this place but the merchandise isn’t good anymore. I frequent this store but it’ simply doesn’t have the best items. The clothes are overpriced and very outdated. However, the store is a lot more organized and shelves were neat.

I visited the store on 7/20/2024 and the parking lot was too dark. Please take in consideration of your customers as well as your employees. This is not a safe environment for anyone.

Used to be great(2022-2023). But I Went last week and it’s full of just giant boxes u have to dig through… and I noticed they have marked up the original price 2-3 times the actual cost of the item so by the time u apply the dirt cheap discount your not really saving money. I was really disappointed last week.

I loved it besides besides the fact that most of the stuff there has no particular place, so basically you have to dig through everything that you don't want to be able to get things that you do consider to buy. Other than that... They have a great concept.
