I went to the store for a pickup order. I decided to look around for an item that my husband wanted. I must have looked out of sorts because Mary offered assistance. She was so kind. They didn't have what I was looking for in stores, but she was able to see it online. She ordered it to my home, and even figured out how to use my coupon. This was a great experience. I will continue to shop at this location.

This location goes above and beyond! Had an issue where a corporate phone representative was telling me one thing that sort of seemed too good to be true, then I went to Patton Creek location just to be shot down and offered no help. Was told by a customer there to come to this location, and they helped me explore options and get my situation corrected. I am now extremely happy to have a replacement for a product that broke under parameters of normal use! Had a great interaction with everyone in the store.

Did a big online purchase for my Father’s Day gift. Notified my order was ready within 10 minutes. Team members were very helpful and kind helping me load my car. Management was very helpful as well to solve a small problem with my order. The problem was solved with such clarity and expeditiously that it doesn’t deserve mentioning in this review. This place takes care of people in uniform also. I appreciate that…very much. This particular location is a well oiled machine. Great job to Management overseeing the daily operations and employee/customer interactions. My experience here was outstanding. Thank you!

Immediately greeted by an employee when walking in, they didn’t ask if I needed anything but I asked for the direction of what I was looking for. Once I got to the department I was seeking I spoke with Harrison who helped me find the product I was looking for while giving me the rundown on my options. I didn’t feel pressure to buy the nicer or more expensive options and went with what I felt like was the best decision based on his recommendations. I was happy with my purchase and satisfied that I could get in and out with what I wanted in a timely manner because I had proper assistance. Will have to return for other items needed in the future!

I came here to buy a pair of sneakers. I must say the first time I came was the best, I spoke to a man who really knew his shoes. I came again a little later, and spoke to a young man, and did not know hardly anything who really had to get the right person if you have detailed questions about sneakers. It's easy to return at Dick's and also when I did pick up they were super fast. I bought the dicks brand stadium seat. Very nice just not the right size. There is a lot of parking at Lee Branch and the store is nice and roomy. And they're smart wool Socks are the best!
