I was very pleased with my overall service to repair my older android cracked screen phone: they ordered my new screen (came on time/over night), repaired my screen with same day service (professional job without losing my data), price was the lowest in town! Excellent customer service observed given to all that called or came in during my visit - Agent Loco! DeKnows even replaced the cover on the back of my phone with my favorite color and helped me pick out a matching case. The store came highly recommended and I agree :-) VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Had a Groupon and a broken iphone screen. They did a very good job replacing the screen while I waited. I did have an appointment. The pricing was very fair and ¾ of what I have paid for other screen replacements. Highly recommend!
