In 2009, we made the move from New York City to Birmingham and invested in two fans from Dan's Fan City. I'm thrilled to report that they've been performing flawlessly ever since! One of them has been running almost continuously, 24/7, and still shows no signs of wear. I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional durability and quality of these fans. Although I can't recall the specific brand, I wholeheartedly recommend Dan's Fan City products to anyone seeking reliable and long-lasting fans. You can purchase with complete confidence!

We purchased two Troposair Fusion and two Troposair Duet fans in October 2022. Once summer began, we realized the Duet fans move no air. I contacted the store and asked if we could do a partial exchange for two more Troposair Fusion fans. The salesperson was not willing to discount the Fusion fans more than the same 10% that was offered when we originally purchased the fans. We felt the salesperson did not adequately inform us about the low air movement on the duet fans at the time of purchase. As a result, we were disappointed in having to pay the same price for two more Fusion fans. We love the Fusion fans, but were unhappy with the resolution.

WOW what a great salesperson!Service after the sale went above and beyond!I will Always use the recommended Electrician.At first I didn't and the goof (Licensed electrician)said," That's just the way it is!".Laura set me straight and recommended the Electrician and it is perfect!! There is a difference!

I purchased a fan less than two years ago and the fan is terrible. I have put two sets of outdoor blades on the fan due to the blades simply breaking. I specifically told the person what I was using the fan for and he sold me a fan that will not work in the environment that it is being used in. I returned the fan and Dan’s fan refused to take it back. Poor service from Dan’s fan. Will never purchase anything from Dan’s Fan again.

Laura really knows her products and makes the buying experience easy. I bought a slightly dated house that has 13 ceiling fans and have been replacing them a few at a time. I will not get a fan from anywhere else. The quality is unmatched and you get to totally customize your fans to your liking.

Laura was beyond helpful to us. We went in with an idea in mind just to check things out and she gave us all the options, pros cons etc. She was also helpful when our contractor botched the installation and we had to go back for a replacement piece. Maybe not as cheap as a big box store but the quality and service you get here are top notch.

The woman working the counter is not necessarily the most personable, but I am glad she talked me into buying a Dixie Bell. I went to Lowes and Home Depot with an idea of a ceiling fan. There selections where not that great. Two much funky looking ceiling fans. I came here and bought a fan. It is exactly what we wanted and so quiet. We liked it so much, I went back and bought another one. You walk in and they have inventory and it is good quality stuff.
