If I could give less stars i would. This is the worst pharmacy in Birmingham. Staff is beyond rude. It should be closed none of them know what they are doing or how to treat customers!

If I could give 0 stars I would. From the pharmacist to the other employees, they are all rude. They don’t have a care in the world. Everybody needs to be retrained on customer service!!

Very rude..from the pharmacist(white guy) to the girl at the window. Never seen them before but horrible customer service and they don't deserve the 1 star they received. It's really sad. A nice lady that works in the store apologized to me and another customer for the way they behaved. She shouldn't have to do that.

Must be the laziest pharmacists working in the pharmacy. I was asked to come back in 45 mins, because they were closing for lunch in 15 and didn’t want to fill my husband’s prescription beforehand when it was something in a box, precounted and packaged. But whatever that was fine. I went back in an hour’s time and waited in line for over 30 mins to pickup the prescription. Find people who work with a sense of urgency, because the sick need urgent care. I don’t care if there was low staffing issues or whatever the excuse of the day is, that’s your problem not mine, resolve your issues.

Someone please make me understand this pharmacy one pharmacist can communicate with you about a prescription that was send over 2 weeks ago when I called a day after the prescription was sent over I was told they didn’t have the item and they were waiting on it it’s been 2 whole weeks now I called back and I’m being told there was never a prescription there someone please tell me who is the liar here? Called 4/1/2023 at 5:13pm.

Thanks CVS Pharmacy for keep your store stocked with the supplies that I shop for the most. More importantly, I’ll continue to shop at CVS because the store is always clean and neat with nice and friendly staff. FYI: Thanks again for keep the bathroom fresh and clean.

I was a walk in for a Flu Shot. The Pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes.I went to the counter and asked if it was too late to get a Flu Shot? The Pharmacist said it was no problem at all! I filled out some quick paperwork and immediately got my shot. My experience could not have been better.And the Pharmacist and staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating ?

I tried to update my expiration date on my credit card.There is a problem with the website . I reported this via Customer Service who tried to help. A incident was opened reporting the problem. Instead of fixing the problem, I received a email telling me to download and use the App. I have too many Apps on my phone. No resolution on fixing the website.

Jacob, the pharmacist, did an excellent job answering all of my questions pertaining to my child’s prescription. I am thoroughly satisfied with our conversation, and I believe that Jacob has the best intentions for my family. Thank you CVS Montclair, but more importantly, thank you Jacob for bringing me peace of mind! A+++
