I had a great visit. The ladies up front were very friendly. I very much appreciated the great attitudes because it seems as if the atmosphere is stressful. Kindness does matter.

They never answer their phone, and if you are driving making a delivery get ready to wait. And they will not answer for you to let them know you're there. Don't call on a personal matter it gets even worse. If you try to call and check product availability the system will automatically not let you through to the store it will hang up. I honestly believe it's just something that the person at night does. I don't accept loads off the load board going to CVS anywhere just because of this store what's CVS is behind I refuse to help or take a load no matter the price. Because of stores like this. Never answer the damn phone

Roebuck’s CVS came through for my wife and I in a big way today. My locale CVS couldn’t get a prescription filled but told me that it was in stock at this location. CVS’s automated phone system was a nightmare, but I managed to leave a request for callback. Pharmacist called me within 15 minutes and had me slotted for pickup that day.
Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a super friendly, caring receptionist. I also observed the window receptionist helping customers with cost saving options and insurance queries. CVS in Roebuck is amazingly efficient store. Kudos.

Rude and inconsiderate, why have a voicemail set up, this system is lazy and shows that you don’t care about the customer or their needs.

Employee was helping a non-English speaking customer to load the prepaid credit card into her phone. Got me checked out quick so she could get back to finish helping her instead of keeping me waiting. Noticed that and it was nice.

I went to CVS yesterday to use pharmacist I handed the young lady my prescription she asked me have I been there before I told her many years ago for that location i was never ask about my insurance they charge me full price and went ask
pharmacy tech stated that insurance do notpay for medication which that was a lie he never ran my insurance my address on medication was wrong i haven't stay there over 15 years in the label on the medication that's supposed to give you directions and tell you how to properly use it was upside down CVS is a joke don't even know why they still in business they're a waste of time that's probably why everything on the Shelf is collecting dust

I purchased items on the app. I chose the pick-up from store option. This is something I do often. However, they released 2 of my items to a roadie delivery driver and left them on my porch. My sister then retrieved the items for me, because I was at work. So I went to the store to ask where is my other item and who authorized the release of my items to a stranger that left them on my porch. When I arrived, two males were standing in front of the store outside. I went in looked around to find an employee inside. I walked to the door and asked them do they work her, if so can they help me. I had to explain the situation 5x and give my name several times and neither comprehended anything I said. I had to tell them and show them my receipt and order and that it was a pick up, not delivery. So apparently, they were low functioning mentally because he said, I don’t have an order for you. I said how about you take this order number and check your system for previous orders. He had to be high or out of his mind because he just could not understand what happened or my name after I’m repeating the same thing over and over. He didn’t even recognize the description of laundry detergent and it was right by him on his side of the counter. He then called someone. So the guy on the phone asked with a nasty attitude, well do she have a receipt? Then the slow guy asked me do I have a receipt? So for the hundredth time, I show him my receipt my order and the description where it clearly says PICK-up behind the counter. The guy on the phone then proceeds to say well we can’t help you, once the order leave the store we are not liable. I then ask, so does CVS fabricate emails, items ,and orders, just to take customers money now? The guy on the phone proceeds to say well we can’t help you, as if it’s my fought for patronizing his place of employment. Then I call the service that delivered it (roadie) just for them to say we can’t help you and to hang up in my face. If you don’t want to go off, waste your money, be demeaned. Then do not go there or purchase anything from CVS online. I repeat, DO NOT GO THERE. This place should be shut down! I will now seek guidance about my rights from a legal consultant.

I was at the pharmacy on yesterday and the technician let the pharmacist know there was an alert and she needed to talk with me. The pharmacist's response was it was only one of her and that they (talking about me) could wait or die. The people standing there with me and I were shocked. When she came to talk with me she had rude tone as she told me there was a fall risk. Another customer complained that she was being rude. She asked her rudely to pray for her. I understand she was stressed but speaking rudely to a customer is unacceptable. This pharmacist was new to me. As a regular customer the other pharmacists I have encountered have been nice, helpful and professional.

Regrettably, my recent experience at the store was less than satisfactory. Despite the advertised operating hours and store policy, I encountered a situation where a worker was seated at the counter with the doors closed, inaccessible for assistance. This unfortunate circumstance left me unable to procure a crucial item, my can of baby formula, when needed. As a consumer, I expect adherence to established policies and agreements, which were clearly not met in this instance. Consequently, I plan to escalate this matter to customer support for resolution. Such lapses in service are disheartening and reflect poorly on the establishment's reputation.

I recently called in a prescription at this pharmacy. I was told my prescription was ready for pick up. when I arrived at the pharmacy the young lady and the guy at the window stated that my insurance would not cover the medication. I informed them that I was previously told that my prescription was ready. this is so unprofessional. the people that work here should be able to tell you the right information when you call. I will be reporting this the BBB as well.

Horrible service... How do you have four people there and no one can make it to the counter to deal with customers. Two employees on the phone. Smh couldn't even do a simple drop off because I have been sitting here for over ten minutes looking at the back of the person's head in front of me

Wanted to get a prescription transferred to a different location and got hung up on. I’ve done that before when doctors have accidentally sent it to the wrong one with no issue but I guess whoever answered didn’t feel like doing it
