I’ve had multiple bad experiences with pharmacy staff at this location. Not sure when they changed people but the young women working there are extremely rude. The African American woman (I don’t know her name) was exceptionally rude and would sigh and roll her eyes.I’m not a mean or rude customer. I have worked in a customer service job many years and I would never be rude to people in these roles.This location needs a new team.

Where do I begin? For starters, I will never visit this location again. The young African American female pharmacy technician who removed her name tag and refused to provide her name was the most unprofessional representative I have ever encountered.As I walked to the front counter, I noticed that the pharmacist and technician were engaged in a conversation amongst themselves. I waited patiently but was never acknowledged. After they finished, the pharmacist continued her job duties and so did the technician (while continuing to listen to music in her airpod). I literally had to ask for someone to walk over to assist. I urge you to pull your camera footage. You will see that what I’m telling did in fact happen.Next, the black female technician walks over, sighing deeply, “How can I help you?” I stated that I needed a prescription refilled. She took my paper and walked over to her computer, walked back and stated unpleasantly, “We don’t have it, sorry.” So, I then asked her to check other locations. She at first LIED and stated she couldn’t but then lucky for her she remembered that her system can indeed check other locations. She of course tells me that another location had it but based on her unpleasant and rude disposition, I am having a hard time believing she went out her way to go above and beyond for a customer.Lastly, I had to remind her that I had another prescription to pick up. She deeply sighs again, walks down to a different terminal and stated, “You can come down here.”… RUDE!!!I spoke with the manager and asked her to please have a conversation with BOTH individual’s working in the pharmacy for their lack of professionalism.When I asked the manager and the technician to provide their names, they immediately declined. Why? Because she’s guilty for being extremely rude to a customer. I will never visit this location again and I have contacted corporate for follow up.Maybe the representatives will learn to treat ALL customers with respect. We can only hope!

Several bad experiences here!1) Pharmacy staff is unfriendly, I always get the feeling I am bothering them when I go to pick up my prescriptions. Once they let me stand at the counter waiting for over 5 minutes while they chatted about non work-related gossip.2) Ordered home covid tests through the website, got an email saying they were ready and being held for me at the front counter. These were supposed to be free and covered by my insurance. Got there, the staff say there is nothing for me behind the counter, I have to pay for covid tests.3) Called ahead to ask about printing prescription labels so I can board a plane with my medications in a smaller bottle. They tell me to come over and they’ll print them for me. I send over a family member and they refuse to print them without a driver’s license and the prescription bottles themselves. Excuse me?? They don’t even ask for that stuff to dispense the medications, why should they do it for a label? And if they do need that, why didn’t they tell me to bring it when I called ahead on the phone?I’m changing pharmacies tomorrow, even if it means driving farther!

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to drop off a package for UPS. The lady at the desk took the package from me and my phone number saying she will take care of it later and that I will receive a text with tracking information. I never received the tracking information. When I went back to enquire about it, there was another person at the desk who couldn't care to check on this issue. Do not go to this place!

I've for the most part never had any complications with picking up prescriptions here and if by chance I do the staff always work diligently to correct the problem.

This location is in need of some updating. I was looking for a coke cherry zero so I came here . I was real confident they would have one.... they did! I don't come here often but the staff is nice and they will scan a rewards card for you in you don't have one . Every little discount helps at CVS due to them being a little pricey for some of their items. Clean store and ample parking available.

Staff is friendly. The bathroom is an absolute horror show! Never been cleaned. Like molded floors. It's absolutely disgusting and smells horrible. No one has cleaned it....

The customer service is wonderful! They go above and beyond to help you, they were out of something the customer in front of us needed and the cashier called all around the city until he could find it. Then made sure to give the customer concise instructions. Impressive!
