I was told they had a particular device over the phone, but when I got there, I was told that they, in fact, did not. I drove an hour to the store and an hour home.... TWO HOURS WASTED.

Very professional environment. Answered every question I had and, unlike other cell phone stores, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need.
I switched from using Straight Talk to using Cricket in about 10 minutes. Kept my same number, same phone, and left the store with everything working. Could not ask for anything else.
I would definitely recommend both Cricket Wireless AND this store in particular.
