“This is Don Litchfield and I have a checking account and a couple of c.d's at this credit union. I love to do business here and have been treated very well when I do business at the office. However I can never seem to log into my account when I want to check the balances or to see a statement ending. Never! And I always have to call the c.u. and that takes forever for anyone to answer the phone and I generally just hang up as I cannot sit on the phone all day each time I want to check my account. Please do something to correct this situation as I may move to another bank who has internet service way more reliable. Also I attempted to post a message and even that would not allow me to gain entry. I seriously think it may be time when my c.d.'s mature which is very soon, to just stop the frustration and move on.Thank you”

“Avadian has a flaw with their system, but the Branch Manager, Carlisa Cole, patiently listened to what was causing me problems and did all she could to resolve the issue and is continuing to help resolve the system problem. “Abhi at the Colonnade branch is the greatest! I went in today around 4 and after I waited several minutes in the teller line, he called me to his desk. The only other customer inside was with the only teller and their transaction was taking a while. That was his first helpfulness. I had a money question, and he was patient and kind and engaging and helpful when I wasn't even depositing or withdrawing a dime! Now I'm thinking about closing that out of state account and moving back... Thank you Abhi.”
