I’ve had my car for two years missed one payment because my job sent me a new thin monitor to work from home. The people told me pay remaining amount on my vehicle to get it back instead of December payment and January payment Tonya and Mark are very rude disrespectful and mean I even referred people to get a car at jim burke because I thought they were the best. They don’t even care that my fiancé has lost two good welding jobs he just started due to them taking my vehicle away from me. Also hung up the phone in my face they do not care how long you’ve had a car or the fact you never missed on payment. My uncle picked out this vehicle he is passed away now I even thought about trading my car in but decided to keep it because it meant something to me. I even been in a accident with the vehicle and repaired it all and told them no I’m getting my car I’m not going to lose my car. Also I was told that what I pay to get it back would cover July payment but on credit karma it shows no input was made I missed on payment out of two years of loyalty they still didn’t care about that. Don’t know if I have kids or not and wasn’t willing to comply. Mark said you going to have to give me more than that why if my monthly payment only 331.00. My salesman Antonio stated my vehicle was not supposed to been taken less I was 3 months behind. Why my vehicle was not taken when I was in a accident but one payment they take it away. This is not right and the fact that they trying to make me pay fully or half is not right nor fair. Man told me if I can come up with 1500 cash I can get my car back that I’ve had for two years but they stopped letting people pay anything at this location this is wrong and I will not allow me or anyone else to be treated this way. My car not originally 326.43 it became 331 because they wanted payments made only over the phone.

MISS TONYA IS always super sweet other ppl there I'm not so sure but this is my second vehicle from them and she has been there for a long time I love that lady. They will work with you as much as they fan I am grateful.

A lady named Tonya got me in a car, and was always nice whenever I went to pay my bill. when i went to trade that car in she even put in a good word for me and told the salesman "I was always nice and always one-time.

I spoke with a lady there and I instantly felt bad for her. The attitude and anger in her voice from the instant she said hello was like a window into how miserable she was feeling on the inside. I assume since they deal with bigger attitudes all day long, they just don't notice that their personal phone etiquette is completely gone. For example, she constantly kept cutting me off mid sentence and then when I finally did the same to her she jumped down my throat. I quickly reminded her that she had just done the same but of course she didn't recall that. After some more words she realized that I wasn't going to hang up or get angry so she called me a "dummy" (I am now emotionally damaged) and then hung up.

Tonya needs to be FIRED TODAY! this lady has a nasty attitude not professional at ALL. She needs to know how to talk to customers. If you work in customer service you should have a pleasant attitude. I will call corporate on her today. All the reviews I have read is so TRUE. WHOEVER IS HER MANAGER NEED TO HAVE A TALK WITH HER. IT IS DISGUSTING HOW UNPROFESSIONAL SHE IS!!! SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT PLEASE RETRAIN HER OR GET RID OF HER

The lady that they have as representative for the company is horrible. She is beyond rude, entitled, and does not have an ounce of knowledgeable customer service in her mind or body that she has ever willingly used towards me or my husband and this is my second time financing with this company in 7yrs. Beware to never pay with a card in person as she will ask for your PIN number and get offended when you ask to punch it in yourself. If an ANYTHING comes up on my card that I did not do I will not only be coming after this employee but the company as well for knowingly encouraging such actions.

This is one of the most sorriest places to get a car from. In 2005, I paid for a car on time and in full and the car was reported as a "paid-repossession" thus lowering my credit score. I had problems getting them to correct this and when they finally fixed it the account only shows up on one credit report and not all the three major bureaus. One of the talking points for financing with them was that they would report all the major bureaus, not just one. I've sent letters and called to correct this but still no luck.

I really am not to fond of this finance company, the employees are beyond RUDE.....You call to ask them a question and they are very snappy and try to speak to you as though you are stupid.
