I went to this cute looking establishment as a African American woman to grab something for lunch before my shift in Chelsea & was treated cold & with & rudely by guy who checked me out, I was in a rush no time to go a drive thrur place & opted to grab something to eat there (Preferably a prepaid salad or wrap) but chose their BBQ Brisket sandwich that was ready to go, thanked theattendant for my sandwich, chips & drink & he begrudgingly mumbled something back unaudible,,Assuming the sandwich was already prepared with BBQ sauce for $6.00+ with Tax, I get to work to eat my lunch to a dry sandwich & call Cowboys to learn they do indeed have condiments available which I feel the employee should have mentioned when I purchased their product in first place! When I called called them to let them know I was treated poorly & without customer service or concern for my legitimate complaint. I wastold to get over it and call whoever I want want. Hate to always think racism, but what else am I suppose think. ?

The man that's there today doesn't know how to work register with debit cards and shouldn't be working alone like he is not to mention he's behind the counter getting paid and didn't want to take 3 steps to the cigarettes for me to buy them. He sucks! Hope you get fired soon dude

Shut this place down! They sell tobacco, vape and THC products to underage children. For over a year now it has been the go to for high school kids!!! Employees should be fired!!! Owners should be held responsible.

While pumping gas on 7/18/23 there were plenty of yellow jackets swarming around the trash cans by the pump. The first pump was so bad I had to move to another pump to get gas. Even at that pump I was seeing a lot of yellow jackets and had to stay on guard. Trash cans may need to be cleaned or management should spray, wouldn’t be good if a child was stung or if someone who is allergic gets stung so just wanted to bring this to managements attention. Besides that I will frequent cowboys but not for gas anymore until this is resolved.

Cowboys and their beer distributor (Gulf) cheated me out of a lot of expensive beer. I had a keg of Kentucky Bourbon Barrel beer that always dispensed as foam, but finally (well within the KBB quality guarantee time) started tasting bad. Nichole "couldn't" do anything about it, and referred me to Rob at Gulf, her distributor. Rob offered me 24 bottles of Kentucky Bourbon Barrel beer as a replacement for over 50 bottles worth of the same that was left in the barrel. I declined, and he said the only other thing I could do is return the partial barrel and they would evaluate it and get back with me on their evaluation. I've called Rob many times since I returned it a month or more ago and left voice messages (he doesn't answer any more) and he won't call me back. Don't give Cowboys or Gulf you patronage - they cheated me and I expect they won't hesitate to cheat you. I also contacted the KBB brewery, and they are supposedly looking into it - we'll see, but I'm not buying KBB any more until something's done about it.

I like Cowboys...great store and good craft beers. Good gas prices.... but...they put a $300 hold on your card when you get gas, and it stays on there 4-5 days. I do not like this...it is extremely high and unnecessary. I toped off my tank and it was $16 and yet they put a $300 hold for 5 days. I am reviewing this because even though it was not a problem for me thankfully, that kind of hold could be a disaster for a single mom, a kid in college, or senior citizens living only on Social Security. All gas stations do this but I have never heard of something as ridiculous as $300.

I LOVE this gas station and I want a grey shirt so bad like the ones employees wear but they never have them!! I know yall just sell what's left after the employees go through then but please please please sell us some more shirts! You would make so much money!!!

I came to your gas station and thought it was pretty unique and friendly staff however 2 weeks later and I look on my card statement and it lists charges from KIDDS so I think my card has been hacked because I can’t remember 2 weeks ago going to any place named “KIDDS” so I race to the bank and cancel my card only to after the fact remember I went to Cowboys ! So FFS change your or add to your bank transactions “Cowboys” please ! Oh and btw the German Chocolate Cake was awesome !

No masks worn by any employees and not required to be worn by customers. Yuck
