The rooms are quiet but the light coming from the hall into your room is very annoying. I did not sleep well at all. I hated every bit of staying here. The room would not get cold. The front desk said Breakfast is at 630. But she ment it was the bar that you can buy it from. I have two more nights in another city using Courtyard and I am looking to cancel immediately cause this hotel is not worth it and has to be the step child to true Marriotts. Such a disappointment

No continental breakfast, very disappointing. Had a bistro, but nobody making food. Gym is nothing like pics online. Very small.

The highlight of this visit was the staff. They were caring and attentive from the moment I walked through the front door. This includes front desk and housekeeping staff. I never had to go looking for someone. They were always there, and they always got the job done.

Food & drinks: I was there without a car. I forgot that since Covid a lot of delivery places shut down. After 1100 the food options get real limited

I stayed at this hotel quite frequently for work. It has a great location to a lot of different stores, restaurants, workout facilities, and close proximity to the airport. I’ve really enjoyed my stay here over the past couple of years. The staff is always friendly and the majority know me by name now. definitely a better option if you don’t want to stay in Birmingham.

The staff/ front desk was very courteous and attentive . Super clean sheets my pillows were so firm and soft just for me . My husband enjoyed being in peace and quiet hotel plenty restaurants near by ,we like smaller hotel with modern touches it was perfect thank you . Will return when in area

Soon as we arrived, I was greeted with water bottles and a popsicle for my little girl! I was asked before offering if it was okay and I truly appreciated that! We just got in from a 7 hour drive and it was nice to be refreshed! Daphne was AMAZING! Please give her a raise and the manager on duty. The Pool was the best thing EVER. HEATED! 10/10 experience. will return as we are often in the area!

Very unprofessional and not welcoming. I asked the housekeeper if she could clean my room she told me to tell front desk and once they call her she will clean it. Room not cleaned and housekeeping supervisor was very rude and dismissive. But here we are paying 340 for 2 nights and can't get our room cleaned #

Ready check in, ready reservation, staff was wonderful and very polite. The breakfast was actually really good and meet some really cool guest there as well. Loved how personal the rooms and welcome are.
