We just finished our 1.5 year stay at Coolbox Self Storage. We kept most of our stuff there while we were waiting to buy a new house. I was actually a little sad to part. It was clean and safe, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have a cool mobile app to open the doors and gates.

From start to finish, the staff and management at Coolbox Self Storage was absolutely fantastic. I contacted their front desk a month before we moved and the manager, Ellen, was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful as she navigated me through our options. When we arrived in town, the facility was obviously well maintained and the staff we happy to help us make final arrangements before our items arrived. Even after our move-in, the staff at the facility worked with us to make our experience one worth extolling. We were genuinely sad to leave when we no longer needed the storage as the people at Coolbox are simply great to work with. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their things at the best storage facility in town!

First Class! This was my 3rd time using a storage facility and Cool Box definitely is a step above the rest. With its extremely helpful staff, Ellen and Michele made moving in and out great! As a tenant, their facility is easy to access. Their app makes opening gates and doors a breeze as well. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! You know your items are not only climate controlled, but it is being stored in a very clean facility. You can tell the staff takes pride in the building. Lastly, prices are very reasonable. You definitely get your moneys worth! Check-In at Cool Box, it's Cool, Convenient and Clean!

5215 Caldwell Mill Rd 35242 The facility is modern and well maintained both inside and out. It is much more like a professional office building than an industrial park. Easy code access lets me open the entry and exit gates using my phone. Motion sensor lighting is a plus too. The staff try to find solutions instead of just enforcing rules. Snacks, water, coffee and tea are lovely services they provide. Over the holidays they offer a stocked gift wrap area. I have packages delivered to the facility then wrap instead of doing such at home. Even though there are storage units closer to my home this facility is well worth a few extra miles.

I have three storage units in three different storage facilities. Cool Box is by far the best in customer service, price for climate controlled storage, and facility accessibility. I'm in the process of consolidating my belongings from the other two locations into the Cool Box unit.
