The website was not useful for me all. The app also didn't work for me, and you can't get in touch with a real person unless you drive downtown to the only branch they have in the Birmingham region. If it were up to me, I would switch banks immediately.

I have been with this Bank now for thirty plus years when it had another name and was in another location here in Birmingham. I love the Bank and I love the people. They will always have my total support.

DONT BANK HERE!!!!I love black people BUT I HATE THIS Fn BANK especially the BIRMINGHAM LOCATION!I’ve had an account here for over 6 months and they won’t cash my checks, they hold every deposit for 7 days MINIMUM, their systems suck, and customer service is TRASH!!!IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AS WE SPEAK!!

Customer service is nonexistent. Never answers the phone, card continues not to function properly, everything about this institution is inconvenient and subpar.

I have been with this bank I know for over 16 years. In November 2018 money was taken out of my account without my permission or knowledge. I went into the bank and made a dispute, ok I thought all was well. A couple of days passed, I got a phone call from Mr Jones out of Georgia asking me to get a police report, I asked why he, he said that the transactions used a pin #. Mr Jones nor anyone from the Birmingham Branch explaind to me that there was a 10 day grace period to resolve a dispute. Then another person from the Georgia discussed my account with my daughter which is a breach of confidentiality. Very unprofessional I would not recommend this Bank to anyone anymore. My case was closed, I didn't get anything resolved.

They placed my money on my card that was stolen from then later on took from me thought out the day ! This company has gone down hill! Once my money is demanded and place back in my account I will be changing banks !
