I enjoyed my experience here but the highlight of my stay was the great customer service I received from Trey cox, he was so polite and very helpful. He answered every question I had and definitely made me feel welcomed and more inclined to return with friends

Demond Edmond is one of the best maintenance workers I’ve encountered. He’s friendly, efficient, and actually cares about us and our concerns. I’d consider renewing my lease just because I know if I need maintenance, he’s gonna get the job done.

Chace Lake is a wonderful place to live. The leasing professionals at Chace Lake are awesome. I want shoutout one in particular who name is Liz, she is a very sweet person who takes pride in her job and is very professional. She is the definition of how a leasing professional should be in a leasing company. Thank you Liz for being a great example.

Great community. I enjoy all of the different events and appreciate interacting with all of the staff. Everyone is always so nice. Raymone w/ Maintenance is always very prompt and friendly. He fixed the issue I had within minutes.

Hannah is the best and she’s always finding new ways to make the property better. The apartment is great, but it’s comforting knowing that the property manager cares!

Have been here less than a month and the ac has gone out TWICE and for DAYS AT THAT. The first time it happened, air went out thurs evening, notified maint. fri morning. It was not “fixed” until Tuesday. Here we are again maybe 2 weeks later w no air!! Office has been giving the run around and no call backs for updates. We were told there are currently 4 or 5 units w out air right now and those whose apts that have reached 80 are priority. It is currently 79 degrees in here right now. They advertise 24 hr emergency maint. LIES! BE AWARE MAINTENANCE DOES NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS OR AFTER 5! It is currently Saturday so we still have a whole day and night to go before we can speak with anyone again. My 2 yr old has broken out in hives bc of the heat. Also the lights in the 2nd br are not working and have not been fixed and the dishwasher keeps falling out of the counter for some reason. I lived in chace like 3 yrs ago and it was NOTHING like this! Honestly at this point I’m considering contacting the local health dept to see if this is considered acceptable living conditions.

Everyone at Chace Lake was so wonderful to work with while we lived there! They took care of every maintenance issue- thank you, Orlando, and every question I had- thank you Sheryl! My grandbaby loved to visit the office for a cookie and swim in the pool. It was a wonderful year with y’all! And, my neighbors were so kind and friendly too! We will remember you all with a smile!

Stayed here with Landing and its amazing. Quiet low key complex, clean and chic, with all ammenities included, its a whole apartment decked out to the maximum for hotel rates. Absolutely goregeous.

Got home today actually early compared to when I normally get home and my roommate puts the trash out in the garbage can before he leaves for his job and then I get to the door to see that o so wonderful little paper folded in our door saying trash can violation and also because a dog kennel which mind you is folded up and a ice chest on our patio! If I could give 0 stars I would! Apartments have changed hands so many times it’s quite ridiculous and don’t get me started on how we have to pay freaking rent now! Apartment has flooded several times and even the main company doesn’t know if people live in the units are not! Highly don’t recommend this place will be so happy when we move!

I enjoyed my tours of the 1 and 2 bedrooms shown. Ms Karleigh and Cheryl have been such a huge help with questions about the apartments. They also gave information on the apartment fees. They are an open to any questions or concerns. Honest, informed and integrity that’s what you should expect.
