We came here because of all the reviews but never again they should be more careful when doing pedicures now and I have an injury where they have expose my skin and made a wound it is painful and hopefully will not get infected if you are diabetic don’t come here I’m not diabetic will never be back this could cause some serious problems
You’re going to tell me you did not see when you did this and failed to tell me it happened… how ignorant!

Meh... Basic mani/pedi. I didn't do sns or gel, just regular polish. Seemed a little expensive for what I got. They did make one finger bleed a good bit when cutting my cuticles.Also, back home (Atlanta), nail salons open a package of sterilized tools for each customer. Not sure if they send their equipment to have it sterilized and returned or if they sterilize inhouse and package. Either way, I have not found one nail salon in Trussville or the surrounding areas that has individually sterilized equipment.

The nails alone looked great. However; I had to go back twice for chipping gel polish days after getting them done. Could just be that specific color.

Very disappointed in the service I received today at CD Nails I have been coming here for over 15 years and never had a problem.Today I had an appointment and when I arrived ON TIME someone else was placed in front of me because they walked in before I arrived for my appointment. Again I was ON TIME and the person that walked in wasn't even being service yet. I believe if you're not going to acknowledge appointment time don't schedule them. The rules should be 1st come 1st serve period. It's unfortunate that integrity and great customer service its present anymore here, time to move forward where I can receive the type of service I pay for!!!!!Sorry Holly you were the best...

I went to CD Nail Salon to get my nails and toes done. I was a little skeptical at first since it was my first time going to a nail salon in Alabama. The wait was about a hour and a half which is to be expected as a walk-in. I got my nails done by a man with a green hat. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted off of Pinterest and he did an amazing job! As well as painting my toes. He even made sure that the coffin nail shape was even on both sides and straight on the top. I had a wonderful experience at CD nail salon.Services: Manicures

Disappointed....I have been going to CD Nails for years and up until recently I have always received great service.All of a sudden my wanting three coats of polish when the color is really light became a problem. Ben was very unprofessional and loud he did not hesitate to tell me that no one likes doing my nails because I wanted three coats of polish.Service: Acrylic nails
