This was one of the easiest car selling/buying experiences I have ever had. I was given exactly what I told I would be for my car and my new ride is everything I ever dreamed it would be! Carvana was amazing all the way around. Someone was always available to answer any questions I had along the way!

The first car I picked out came to me dirty and it smelled like a dirt dog. There was dog hair all over the inside. After much spraying I decided to check out the cabin filter… never been changed and covered in mold. All this within the 1st few hours of having the car. Of course I returned it. The second car came immaculately beautiful. Smelled clean. I did go get an oil change for my piece of mind and so I also changed out cabin and air filters. They needed to be changed.
So Carvana my second experience was a little better but I am not a fan, you can’t even change out filters. So technically you owe me the money spent on an oil change and buying those filters.

Everything went along very smoothly from beginning to end with no interruptions. Just follow the yellow brick road. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Carvanna!!! I will be back!!!!!

I've experienced the worse nightmare with Caravan in Birmingham, after 11 days of having my 2018 Nissan Versa my whole rear bumper fell off at Take 5 car wash while going through the washing process and I have every warranty that is available but with my 7days being up they will not do any cosmetic work to fixing it, they told me I'll have to pay outta pocket, never was it mentioned in carfax that the rear was hit very bad prior, you can visible see where welding ect and screw where put in to fix the bumper, I'm very disappointed and turning them in to the BBB very unprofessional, and all they could say was sorry

Selling my vehicle was really fast and easy! The offer I was given was better than others that I received and I was able to do 99% of the work online. Once we arrived at the location the rep inspected the vehicle and sent us on our way!

I would NEVER purchase a car from Carvana if they were offering free cars. I only had my vehicle not even 24 hours before I decided to send the car back. I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul EV. The FA delivered the car on time but was given a car that was only charged for 9 miles. Thank God I was close to a charge station. I noticed immediately that the car would only charge up to 19 miles. Mind you, my job is over 50 miles away. I had to get up at 5:00 am and had to stop at multiple charging stations along the way. I finally got tired of doing that, left my car at a charge station at a Walgreens and had to take a Lyft so that I could try to make it to work in time.
I took a Lyft back to the Walgreens and guess what.... It was only charged for 19 miles. Now, I'm trying to make it home and make sure I take routes that I know that would have a charge station nearby. Every charge station that was near me either didn't work, the place was closed, or it was somebody's home. Now, I'm panicking. Eventually, the car dies. I called Carvana and didn't get any help. I eventually called Triple AAA, and they was able to get me to a charge station. But guess what, the car would no longer charge. And of course, my phone eventually dies. I had to stay the night in my car until the store across the street from me opened. I was able to call Triple AAA to get the car towed again and I was able to get home, take a shower, and get a Lyft get to work on time.
I spoke with Carvana and their only resolution was to take the car to a repair facility. I refused! Each car supposed to go through a 150 point inspection and they knew this car was inoperable and they still sold it to me. I was in an area full of homeless people and my safety was put in jeopardy.
I would NEVER consider this company as an option. Do NOT buy from them.

They approved me for a car took my deposit for the car then came back & said “you now need an co-signer “ been waiting 2weeks (10 business days) to receive my refund STILL NO REFUND !

Carvana customer service was excellent! Process from application to receiving my new vehicle was about 3 days. Easy application procedure and I received timely updates each step of the way. The delivery person was extremely cordial and went over details of the purchase and showed me some features of my new truck. Overall, I was very satisfied with Carvana and the buying process, I would definitely recommend.
