“I recently made a reservation with Enterprise three days before my trip. Shortly after, I received a phone call from Kendra Williams, the branch manager at the Palisades location. Initially, I thought she was going to inform me that they didn't have any cars available, but she was simply confirming my reservation. Kendra has a wonderful spirit that made me feel confident this would be a great experience.
When I arrived at the store on Friday, there were no cars available due to overbooking. Despite my initial disappointment, Kendra's exceptional customer service completely turned the situation around. Her positive attitude and dedication made me forget all about the wait.
Enterprise, you have truly chosen the right manager for this location. Kendra is awesome! Even though I usually shop at the Pelham location near my home, I will now be coming to the Palisades branch because of the outstanding service I received.

“Everyone at the Birmingham Airport Alamo counter was so polite and helpful, both when we arrived and when we dropped off our vehicle. In particular, Synethia at the counter was fantastic! While documents from one customer were printing, she move that customer one spot over, greeted the next customer, asked the necessary questions, and gathered ID / credit card. Each customer was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Alamo is now my preferred car rental agency.”

“After a horrible experience and being told that I'm "a risk," the day before by Enterprise Car Rental who I'd sworn by for over 7 years and used from a travel CNA all the way up to a travel RN, and being told that Alamo, National, nor Enterprise would rent to me based on someone else's (not even the customer) behavior and the fact that I called customer service to inquire about policy because of just rented from them in July and the night before, and had a future rental set for the 24th of September, I thank BUDGET for stepping up and making me feel like a human, a citizen and not an illegal attempting a crime. “I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! Great job keep up the good work and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

Understandably, there are times when they’re busy, but each employee showed high-quality customer service. I’d reserved a car weeks in advance, and it was available and ready when I arrived for pickup. Everything was stress-free, and I experienced zero issues from pickup to drop off. “I've always had great customer service at this site. Especially this most recent visit to Birmingham. Jacari, I believe is his name, helped me find a vehicle to take care of my needs. I initially reserved a small SUV, but needed a bigger vehicle to carry all of my daughter's boxes that she ordered from Amazon. We're dropping her off at Alabama A&M for her freshman year and all her boxes were at my mother's house in Tuscaloosa. Jacari was patient and helpful in finding a big enough vehicle. He was also helping others while he was helping me and I was totally fine with that because of how respectful he was with everyone. Just want to say Thank You!”

“We regularly rent cars here through the company. Most of the cars are clean and well-maintained, sometimes there are some in between where people have probably smoked, the windows are often dirty on the inside.

“I booked through Priceline, and chose dealers choice as it was the most cost efficient option. I was honestly was a little concerned afterwards once I read so many negative reviews. My flight was delayed a couple of hours and there was no staff at the Dollar counter when I got there as it had closed. There was a sign to go to Hertz counter for assistance. I was taken care of extremely well there. Fast, super friendly check out, and got a new 2024 Nissan Sentra. Returning it was no issue as well. Super fast, no issues at all! 10/10 will do again!”
