It's unfortunate that I am even having to do this, because I have waited since last night and all day today for a response from the manager, who I was told would contact me yesterday. As you can see by this horrible picture of my brows, this is the complaint. I had let my eyebrows grow for the last six months, to have them waxed by a professional and I just upkeep the arch myself. As you can see, this is a true disaster! They are not even, there is no arch, and they don't match, and the tech took the wing off of the right brow! I mean it is so awful, and I was so angry that I called and asked for someone to do something to rectify this situation. Obviously they can't put the hair back on, but DO Something!! Act like you care. The receptionist didn't want to admit fault or say that she saw the obvious problem. Make the tech take responsibility for not knowing how to do brows. It's like it was her first day. And I know it wasn't. I don't have money or time for this type of tx, or lack of empathy. I told them I would come back for a pedicure, but hell no!! They didn't handle this situation properly, so why would I give them any more of my money!? I also got a lip wax. I didn't look like anyone else in there, although I do have the same zip code as everyone else in there. Let's just really hope that their lack of response, responsibility, and lack of empathy, had nothing to do with how I looked on the outside. Because I know for a fact, that if I looked like one of their regulars on the outside, this problem would have been handled ASAP. No questions asked. What a loss and waste of time and money!!!

Canterbury nails is such a great experience! It’s so fancy and you just feel glamorous walking in and out! The staff are all really great! The prices seem pretty comparable to other nail salons. I’d definitely recommend Canterbury!

I have gone to Canterbury Nails my whole life, but this was my last time. I told the front desk lady I had to leave by a certain time but she insisted they could finish in time. It was obvious this wasn't true and they left my nails like this (in picture). I'm so disappointed to have paid $45 for a polish change and gel removal...

the best gel pedicure i've had in my entire life, and it lasted for weeks. I was also there on a weekend but that wait wasn't that long.

Visited this place a couple of months back. Asked for pricing prior to the appointment as it wasn't listed anywhere. They verbally told me a price, which was high but agreed to that. Nail technician starts and all is good. When it came to the design, he called another technician to do it. Well that was a secondary charge that they didn't tell me about as the quoted initial price included the design. But because he couldn't do it and they needed another technician, it was additional. The design was pretty basic and only on two nails. At the time of payment they surprised me with a really high price to which I couldn't do anything about at that point. And... the dip powder they used was painful on my nails, was very difficult to remove and completely ruined my nails. Now I'm just waiting for my entire nails to grow back. Lesson learned!

Just beautiful! Canterbury opened its new space and it is gorgeous! Tony gave me the pearl pedicure. It was wonderful! The new massage chairs are a dream to sit in and relax in while they massage your worries away.
