Sick and tired of going into Brombergs and getting a different experience based off of how I’m dressed.I’ve now been into this location 4 different times now. Two of the times, I’ve been dressed what i guess Bromberg employees consider appropriate (slacks and a polo) and the other two times, I’ve just been in shorts, tshirt, hat, and my tattoos showing. (Im beginning to think the employees are scared of a sleeve of tattoos.Both times i’ve been into the store in casual wear, I haven’t been given the time of day by the employees. Today, i went into the location at the summit wanting to get my watch bracelet resized, and try on some tudors. I told the lady that first greeted me that i needed my watch resized. She impatiently asked what brand it was, and when I told her it was a Christopher Ward, (nice, boutique Swiss watch) she shut me down. She told me that the wait was too long, and that they don’t service Christopher Ward watches (even though I was asking for a bracelet resize, not a service). She told me to go down hwy 280 to Southeastern Jewelers! Even though they have another Brombergs location closer! She would rather send my business to an entirely different company than help me. Even if they had been too busy to help me (even though i was the only one in the store) why on earth would you send business to another company instead of one of your other locations???Super disappointed that their employees are so quick to judge a book by its cover instead of realize that someone thats not an old guy from Mtn Brook can also have nice watches.

Angela was AMAZING! My first ever Rolex purchase and I couldn’t be more happy. Her attention to detail and the over all desire to take care of me as the customer was beyond impressive. I will never go anywhere else! So thankful for Angela and Bromberg!

Went into the store looking for a ring. Wanted find out my ring size, lady who works there pulled out a size 6 said “this is your size.” I thought was way too lose, and she said that’s how it is supposed to be… I wanted to do a comparison with 2 rings, she told me she is only allowed to take one ring out at a time. Which I understand. But she was helping another customer and I saw she took out 3 rings at the same time for her??? Also this place is over priced for a ring. My partner got me a 3.3ct oval diamond (VVS2, E, 2EX, no bowtie, 1.45) for the same price of the price of their H color VS 2 diamond.

I wish to thank Mr. Andrew Lee for his update on a Rolex Watch I ordered several months ago. He was able to quickly verify that I am on the list to receive an Oyster Perpetual 41 mm three link watch. He was most courteous and explained how the ordering process works with Rolex. He agreed do keep me posted when the watch is available.

So glad i came in the other day while doing some quotes in the area! Amy greeted me at the end of my beeline to the section i came to see. The experience was fantastic and staff was very understanding of my point of veiw on these particular items. Understanding that there isnt a point in selling an item that sells itself is one thing. Taking the time getting to know the individual, specific needs but more importantly desires for a purchase like this is a task they have mastered. Watches on display are just enough to let your imagination do the work within the parameters of the options. I dress cozy and rough day to day and came in with the expectation of being misunderstood (per usual at other shops). Not an eye was batted just open arms and desire to fulfill a big kids dream. Thats the way i run all of my buisinesses and it was great to deal with folks that understand what they are there to do! Also love security being on site. Cannot wait. Yall are awesome!

I had a great experience being shown watches by Mark W. at the Summit location. There was no pressure, just enjoyable conversation and education. I ended up purchasing a Black Bay 58, and will definitely consider Bromberg's first when making my next purchase.

Very disappointing. I had been excited to get to look at several watches, and even sought out this store because it appears to be one of a very few in the area to carry a variety of Swiss lines. But, the selection was rather limited, and the staff didn't appear all that interested in helping... unless I wanted to look at their Rolex exhibition (because they don't have any of those for sale either). I'm sure this is more of a jewelry store that happens to have watches, so if you are a watch person, adjust your expectations accordingly.

Had a very poor experience with the Summit location. Their watchmaker repaired my Rolex twice in 2 years, then the thing broke again… same issue. They then sent it to Rolex and refused to honor the warranty of their own watchmaker. I would recommend anyone wanting a Rolex or to have a Rolex repaired, travel out of Birmingham to another Rolex retailer. I’m very disappointed in Brombergs and their customer service.

Shouts out to Amy for her amazing support in acquiring my beautiful Bluesy (aka the Rolex Submariner 126613LB). She made me feel so welcome and was an awesome steward in helping me with my biggest watch purchase to date. While the wait definitely required the patience of a saint, my timepiece arrived just in time for a major work event that I hosted. This is my second watch purchase from Bromberg's and won't be my last (not to mention they also did a great servicing on my lady's Omega DeVille). I can't thank Amy enough or overstate how great of a customer service experience that she created for me.
