Kevin Malone was so helpful when Paul and I were buying our 2025 Honda CRX last week. He bent over backwards to make sure the entire process went smoothly. He answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained the various indicators and controls on the car. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a Honda. I would give Kevin 100 star rating, if possible!

Went there for the 30k maintenance of my pilot. Was told it will last 3h max. At the end it was 4h.
When I get home, I saw the wiper wasn't set properly and I had a huge impact on my door. That is the 2nd time in 2 visits. Will probably never go back there. Looks like they don't care about customers...

I have had perfect service at Brannon Honda!
I am in my 70’s and my husband passed away 20 years ago-so I am very cautious of people who might tell me things on my car need to be replaced when they do not. Mr. Chris Willoughby has been such a trusted person in helping me with what my car needs and what it does not need. When I arrive at Brannon Honda, I always know my best interests will be looked after. All of Brannon Honda’s employees are trustworthy and caring. There is no better place for automotive services than Brannon Honda.

Kevin Malone is great. I told him what I wanted and he had it ready when I got there. Very nice and knowledgeable about the cars. I love my 2024 Sonic Gray Civic! We got there at 5:30 and was driving off at before 7:00! Ask for Kevin Malone. He will not disappoint!
