Unique items with something for everyone. I bought a necklace two minutes in. My friends were in love with so many of their tops. I also noted a baby section that had beautiful pieces and I’m pretty sure they said they personalize- but you may want to call and check on that because I may be remembering wrong. But the items were truly beautiful. I definitely will be returning here and I know there will be purchases made for me and likely for gifts.

Love this shop! The owner is amazing! I’ve been coming here for a couple years. What stands out is her friendliness and willingness to work with everyone. No matter who they are. She greets me by name every time; regardless of how long it’s been. If she doesn’t have something in your size, you better bet when she gets it in she will call you first. She is always getting new stuff in too. The variety is great, and the prices are even better. But what I appreciate most is the inclusive and welcoming environment at Branch Boutique.

One of the most unfriendly boutiques I have been to in the Birmingham. I can in and there was only one other customer shopping at the time. Two employees were standing in the back near check out. I spent probably 10 minutes browsing and looking at what they had to offer.Nobody spoke to me when I came in.Nobody offered assistance while I shopped.Nobody spoke to me as I left.If you're looking for cute gifts and things you may find them here, if customer service and Southern charm is what you're looking for I highly recommend anywhere else.
