I would very highly recommend this particular location. I just moved here from out of state and lost my phone...And needed to transfer my service anyway.BRIAN was such a tremendous help with my situation. He went the extra mile , had even made himself available for his Co worker to communicate on his day off to ensure I was satisfied and didn't stop until he handed me my new phone. All my anxiety was gone ,But most importantly, he was patient and positive. Outstanding customer service...perfect example of someone with a great work ethic.Thanks again Brian for everything!!

The people at the store were perfect it's Boost Mobile their self they've changed their whole policy for people that's been with them for like 20 30 years so I'll probably going to be going to another phone company after this month because there's no incentive to be with Boost anymore

Female agent very rude. Don't know her job. Take forever to wait on you and gets mad if you say anything. Will tell you "well there are other boostmobiles you can use". So we did. We left and drove to Greensprings where the service wss 100% better.
