VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!SERIOUSLY LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!I was given instructions from CUSTOMER SERVICE (on the phone) to return a sim card to a store and for the store to call because my account was flagged and CUSTOMER service would give them further instructions.They REFUSED stating they were not affiliated with CUSTOMER service and that they were not going to call.I simply stated that I'm only a customer and I'm only following instructions from CUSTOMER service.They didn't lift a finger to assist in any way. As I tried to explain that CUSTOMER service told me to come to the store they just said sorry there is nothing we can do.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!

Terrible service! I went in to see if I could resolve a technical issue with my phone at he suggestion of customer service the day before. I told a lady behind the counter I couldn't receive a code on a website I was registering with. I think it's because the site thinkS my number is a WI fi number which the site don't accept. I told her I changed my number 2 months ago and the site was working fine for me. She tells me it would be 20 dollars to change my number. I said I'm not paying to change. I might end up switching carriers although I've been with you for years. She tells me its my choice. I told her thats apparent. Youre not twlling me anything i dont know. This is my money. I asked for the owner of the company or someone who is above her and she tells me she's not required to give me that info. I said that makes no sense with me being a paying Customer of this company the higher ups name is a secret?? Then an older man came out of the back of the business interjecting and inquiring about my issue. He looks to be about 60ish. He tells me customer service don't tell people the right info alot of the time. I was completely dissatisfied with the service I got. No results or attempted resolution to my problem. The older man tells me the lady is a supervisor. I ask him for the higher up name and number and he refuse to give me thw info also. I told him ill research and find it myself. I don't think ill ever go to that store again! I'm surely going to report them to the bbb and tell my friends and family to NOT do business with theem!
