C.L.O.S.E.D the 280 location- sometime within the last few weeks. Sorry to see it go - had a nice cafe and gift items too!

The worst customer service I have ever experience. There were only 2 associates in the store. I walked to the counter to see if they had a book set in stock. The clerk acted as if I was bothering him. Then made it seem that it was inconvenience for him to go to look for the set. The set I wanted was on sale online. He then tells me that they don’t price match with their website. I will never go in this store to purchase again. I will definitely be returning the books and purchase from a different vendor.

This book store is in a convenient location. What I like about this store is that they have some good gift options and the teacher discount card. The staff are amiable.

I took my daughter here today and had a great experience. The store was very well organized and we were able to easily find everything we needed. The employees were all very nice and helpful. The store had a great selection and was very clean. I was also excited to see that they now have a book buy back program which is super cool!

Employees were doing inventory, planning lunches, complaining, never asked to help me and passed me several times. Book said in store online but couldn't find it and they seemed to busy and were not friendly to approach. I did buy another book and cashier and coffee staff were great. Seems service at book desk and in store is going downhill each time. Mostly stop for beverage now and shop online instead just a hassle here

This is a really good bookstore. I actually prefer this chain over Barnes and Noble. This particular one has a coffee shop on the right as soon as you walk in the door. The books are well organized and it was easy to find what we were looking for. They also have a large selection of games and puzzles which I always enjoy browsing. They have some unique gift ideas and other holiday items. You could definitely find some gifts here if you need to do some holiday shopping. I wish there was one of these stores closer to me but I will definitely be hitting this bookstore when I am in the area.

This location is the best Books A Millions due to the friendly staff. Super nice and helpful. Their coffee shop makes a good coffee as well. Really handled the massive crowd for penny page day better than I thought they would. Lines were super long but they did well

I buynall of my books from books-a-million, they have anything you're looking for, and if not they can order it for you, always friendly staff, and good customer service, can't go wrong with thus company, 1 stop shop for all of your reading material
