I have never done any business with this place, and in fact never heard of them until just 3 days ago when they started SPAMMING my inbox with 2 to 4 emails per day! Their unsubscribe link takes you to a signup page - there is no way to unsubscribe and no way to contact by phone.They obviously purchased my email address from some other unscrupulous company that I may have done business with. NOT a good business.

I went into the store to purchase a few unique games for my class. I happen to discover a 20 Questions device that I have seen I the stores lately. Normally the cost was around $12-15. The cashier didn’t find the item in their inventory. It would not scan or ring up. He then went on Amazon and gave me the price of $25.00. I was shocked and asked to speak with a manager. What a surprising turn of events! The manager was rude and didn’t want to listen to the concern we were having with the item and stated I could take for $25.00 or nothing ! I purchased $68.00 in other games and items and left very disappointed with the manager’s demeanor. ?

I was in dubuque ia store had 3 books to buy 2 people working they called us over to the coffee counter one guy is checking out so young male was ringing him out adding e mail adress ect the female (manager) is going into kitchen area to eat bread with ceam cheese cewing while walking then just stands there while 3 other poeple wait check out i put books down and walked out i wont go back

I haven’t purchased books in forever but I’m trying to encourage my son to read so I thought seeing all the books would help. So he found a series with help of a nice employee. There is a sign that says buy 2 get 3rd free so I told him to go ahead and get himself 3…get up to front and apparently it’s selective though the sign above doesn’t say not all books are included

Better hope you don’t get any gifts from BAM for Christmas. Their return policy is the most ridiculous I’ve ever seen. Sorry someone forgot to include a receipt with my gift. Doesn’t help that your employees are extremely rude. Plenty of other retailers sell the same merchandise and offer better pricing as well as acceptable return policies. Lost another customer

I was in the Cookeville, TN store looking for a Christian book by a specific author. The section had absolutely no order at all. Not in order by author, subject or title..when asked if the was an order I was told, "No, itrs just miscellaneous " . As I was leaving there were 2 other employees discussing how things are ordered in the New Age section so I stopped and nicely suggested they do the same in the Christian Living section and they looked at me and then ignored me. Last time I go in there.

Doesn't send books all that once when you order online. Their webpage where you look at your order is so messed up you can't tell what has been shipped with what. I like BAM for their Buy 2 Get 3rd free but to not receive any emails about how the shipping is going until they just send you a email saying that cancel it is very unprofessional.

Online ordering has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with these guys. And customer service seems completely unable to help. Never been more excited for an order to be complete in this way before. Just want to be done dealing with them.
