“I came to Hallmark Collison because USAA worked with this location. I am SO glad I went to Hallmark. Their staff, absolutely everyone, was such a delight. Both Ashleys at the front desk were so knowledgeable and sweet, and fun to have conversations with. Josh handled my claim, and he was also such a joy to work with, and kept me updated the entire time. We will never use another body shop in the Bham area again. Having a car in the shop is stressful, but working with this crew made it 10x easier. Also- they did an amazing job fixing my SUV up, and got it done in a week. Top notch all the way around. “Due to some damage to my car, I was needing an estimate. I called around to see how quickly and easily I can get an estimate or two. Homewood auto body does not require an appointment to get an estimate. I was really appreciative of that fact and flexibility.
When I arrived a little after four and walked into the office, a friendly man named Hubert greeted me and asked me how he could help me. . He immediately went out and assessed my vehicle and within 10 minutes or so I was on my way with a printed document for the repair estimate.
Super convenient. Friendly people. And the parking lot was packed so that tells me a lot about the work they do and the reputation they have. Besides, their wall is full of accolades for who they are as a business!”

“I pulled on top a cement parking divider and it caught my front bumper so when I backed out, it almost took it off! Mr. Holt was the nicest man providing a service that I've come in contact with in a long time! Stopped what he was doing, acknowledged my arrival, reattached my bumper while engaging in small talk and charged me reasonably. The kicker is that he saw my reservoir was empty and told me to get some anti-freeze not water to fill it. I had it in my trunk and he filled it for me, checked and filled my oil since I had it as well then sent me on my merry way! Customer Service unmatched! I'd give this business 100 stars for the gospel music playing!!!!!! Turned my frown upside down!! ?”

“The owner is a truly nice man and good person. I needed a replacement side mirror unit painted to match. Took it to them, he matched the paint perfectly, installed the unit, then surprise, refused to charge me for the service. It made my month. Anyway, my daughter dented my car hitting a mailbox, so guess where I'm going for my estimate? To this shop, of course!”

“I took my Ford F 250 to these guys 3 years ago. They gave me a great price on painting the whole truck. Mine was a 4 door extended bed. I just sold that truck and it still looked great. I am taking my upgraded truck to them to fix a scratch in the door. They gave me a great estimate and the fastest turn around time. I wouldn’t take my vehicle to anyone else but them. Great prices great service.

“Scott does excellent work. I thought I’d have to replace a hard to find bumper. Scott was able to repair the existing to be as good as new, and touched up so other dents and paint issues while he was at it.
The price was very fair, and took a very reasonable amount of time. He kept me informed through the process and made sure everything was perfect before I picked up the car.
Will definitely use The Bumper Company again and highly recommend their work.”
“My family and I were traveling back to New Orleans from my sister-in-law's wedding in Nashville, and our truck's serpentine belt and idler pulley broke. We were totally stranded with our two babies and a dead truck, six hours from home. It was after closing time, and my husband called multiple repair shops, but no one would help us. Magic City Auto Works came to the rescue! We had our truck towed over to Magic City Auto Works and were back on the road within hours. We were able to get home safely because of their kindness (and didn't go into debt because of their fair prices)!”
